Have used their customer support twice now, both times their dev team log in and fix the issue I'm having or add the custom feature that we're looking for. Very handy app that has helped us set website that requires pre-approved customers to log in to see wholesale prices. Works together with their quote request app, so products with and without prices can be added to a quote request form. Easy set up and user interface. The support team has been very keen and incredibly responsive to provide assistance, always responding within the day despite the time zone difference. Shout out to Kathy, Helen and Hannah especially!

We are using multiple apps from BSS Commerce for our B2B / wholesale setup, and they have been absolutely excellent. The apps are very powerful and flexible, allowing us to build a proper B2B experience on Shopify — from pricing and customer-specific rules to quotes and overall workflow. Everything works reliably and integrates well with our store. What really stands out is the support team.
