This app is a game-changer for B2B Shopify stores! We needed a robust solution to control access to products and pricing, and BSS B2B Lock delivered perfectly. The ability to hide products, variants or hide collections & hide pages, hide prices, and to request secret link/ enter passcode/ subscribe email or login to see price is incredibly flexible. It also allows you to hide products or prices on Google Search results, create checkout validation rules by product, customer,...for checkout locks, and offers advanced lock conditions: IP address, Customer tags, Location, Age Verification. It's user-friendly, and the support team is outstanding, always quick to assist with any customization needs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to secure their B2B operations on Shopify!

I must say that Jonas and Kellie are great. The customer service that they provide is awesome. and thus 5 stars. I will add that this project is being started with 0 money and i have had to cut out all expenditures in order for this to grow and have stopped using the app at present, but when things grow i will be knocking at their door again. Good stuff and thank you.

Downloaded this app and after a few teething issues regarding the price block not showing on product variants, Jonas was quick to rectify the issue within minutes. Highly recommend these guys from a support perspective! They are very open to new features and fixes so am now convincing my boss that we need to keep this beyond the free trial! Very impressed.

It's the best app to sell Multichannel on Shopify. Otherwise you would have to pay 2000$ for Shopify PLUS. Support and Features are Great! Thats a company you want to work with together as a B2B seller! Especially thank you Jonas!

We needed a way to hide wholesale pricing and certain B2B-exclusive products from regular retail visitors. B2B Lock seemed like the perfect solution. I love the ability to restrict access by customer tags and control visibility for specific pages or products. Also love that we can lock the entire collections or just one or two products — super flexible. It’s helped us create a clean and separate experience for our B2B clients without confusing our retail customers. We can now run both channels in one store without compromises.

We were looking for a way to fully lock our website, requiring registration before access – and what can we say, it works perfectly. Customers must first register in order to shop as B2B clients in our store. You can even set it up so that customers need to be manually approved before they’re allowed to place orders. So far, everything is working exactly as we intended. The support is absolutely outstanding. You get a helpful, detailed response within 2 minutes, and the team actively works with you to solve any issues. Can only recommend!

We are very impressed with this app... even MORE impressed with the assistance the support team is giving. Hill and his dev team have been tremendous at working on some flex cases for us and we highly recommend using these folks. This app is wonderful and I can't say enough great things about the service team. My use isn't B2B, but rather customer verification and segmentation in response to the rampant image and design theft, as well as the overseas counterfeiting that is affecting my very specific niche clientele. This app gives you the ability to lock or hide visibility to any portion of your website based on a number of different conditions, customer segments etc, while leaving other portions visible to the public if you choose. Installation was simple and straightforward, and support was very responsive and quick to help with the specific customizations that I needed. Thank you to the app developers and team for providing such a helpful solution for my incredibly unique business, highly recommend!

We were looking for an easy way to create a B2B store within our B2C store which was super easy to realize with B2B Lock. We don't use all features, but the ones we activated work like charm. What I really need to emphasize though is the BSS support. We really had a lot of questions and requests and the team always reacted really fast and did their best to help us. Thanks so much!

We chose B2B Lock, Login & Password because we needed a way to hide wholesale prices from non-logged-in customers while still displaying the suggested retail price. My favorite feature is the customizable button on the product card that directs users to sign in, which makes the B2B user flow clear and intuitive. B2B Lock, Login & Password function has made it easy to show customers that once they become approved wholesalers, they gain access to special pricing. Everything worked smoothly, and the support team—especially Jonas and the tech team—were incredibly helpful and patient in getting everything set up exactly as we needed. Highly recommended for any store looking to manage B2B segmentation effectively!
