so far, my experience with Nova, the customer service representative, has been very helpful in helping me unlock certain free features on my profile. I haven't gotten to see the full results of this app so I will update when I do

Support is perfect - fast answers with screenshots to better understand options to fix problems. App is easy to use and can be edited/customized for my needs. Definitely suggest. So far I have tried reward program. Next I will use VIP program and test it out.

Excellent service. Quick response time. I had some issue with my theme and this application, making it very slow and not fully functional. I was on the brink of uninstalling it and trying another service, but they fixed the issue in less than a few days and now the application is working perfectly on my store. Very impressed.
