The setup of the app is relatively easy, and thanks to a responsive support team, we've been able to work through any challenges pretty easily for the most part. The app works as a widget on the site, and I was hoping for a landing page. However, they have simple steps to bring up the widget on any page. My only complaint is that it records all sales as a conversion which isn't right. We've only just set up the app, but I can foresee this will be an issue once we reach the plan's limit.

Just downloaded and it was everything I needed and more. I LOVE the customizations of this app. Mariadel is absolutely amazing to work with and helped me every step of the way with my questions! I highly recommend if having your brand truly represented through every little thing matters to you!

Switched over from Smile because their rewards program was costing us $199 a month! This is an exact replica of Smile with more ability to edit CSS. Also at the fraction of the price of $29.99. Customer service is great and answers within less than 5 minutes.

Still working on building the app but the customer support has been top notch! I would make sure that you make a test account before launch to ensure that you don't have any kinks to work out.

Have been using the Free plan for a while now. I was able to get upgrade the Free plan to allow 80 orders per month rather than 50 and reached out to support to remove the branding for Free. Belle from Support was super nice and quickly removed the branding for me.

Really cool feature set and great customer service. I use Subify subscriptions and would like to see an integration feature with them to award additional rewards points for those who are on subscription plans, but I can work around this in the mean time :). 1/6/24 update - I switched to Seal Subscriptions and it works great with Loloyal Loyalty.
