Seems great, haven't really started using it yet but costumer services are great, helps immidiatly. Lokoks good so far. This one I can have in my language, norwegian, and I can translate the words myself so that it appears in norwegian for my norwegian costumers. No other apps as I have found have done this so it's a plus

いつも細かく丁寧に教えてくださいます。日本語に翻訳して使っていますが、ところどころ不自然な日本語なため意味がわからないところがあります。こちら少し調節して欲しいです。 お客様へのポイントのリマインドメールですが、現在は30日前と3日前です。 経験上お客様へリマインドメールを送るタイミングで一番効率がいいのは、7日前、3日前、当日の3回です。 こちらアップデートしてもらえると大変助かります。
