Great customer experience. Always super responsive and helpful. We’ve had a great experience using Loop as our returns platform. The interface is clean and easy to navigate — both for our team and our customers. Setup was smooth, and the support team has been responsive whenever we’ve had questions. It’s helped us streamline returns, reduce back-and-forth, and improve the overall post-purchase experience. Highly recommend!

Truly one of the worst onboarding experiences I've encountered. They don't hop on a call with you to review how to set up returns correctly. Their documentation isn't easy to follow. It takes too long to get your "onboarding specialist" to respond to your emails. It took us weeks to setup...and we still haven't correctly configured it. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

Loop is a fantastic returns partner to our small business! We are able to e-mail Loop support with our queries and technical questions, they always get back to us quickly and go above and beyond, helping us to create the workflows and rules we need. Ninthuga G at Loop has been a particularly helpful Merchant Support Specialist. Can't say enough great things about LOOP.

They make it virtually impossible to cancel your account. There are better softwares out there for less.

What can i say about Loop! You have transformed our retrurns game! Special shout out to Chica, Brooke and Ninthuga. Loop is not the cheapest solution on the market but you will not find better support. Feature packed and has helped us massively in terms of streamlining our returns process. Thank you to the amazing team over at Loop. We hope for a great partnership for many years ahead :)

Loop has been our go-to for handling returns and exchanges. The app is straight forward once you get the hang of it. There is so much you can do to configure how you'd like to process returns and exchanges in your shop. Whenever I've needed assistance or just confirmation of what I understand, the team at Loop has been responsive, helpful, and really a pleasure to speak with. A special shout out to Rece who has provided nothing but top-notch support!
