Loop has been a great resource in helping our customers with their returns and exchanges. It gives them the ability to find another item of off our website in exchange, without leaving the page! The best thing about Loop are the all the lovely people that are involved. Every single person I have come in contact with has been a joy to work with. They made sure set-up was easy and I felt supported through the entire process. We just went live so I can't speak too much to the performance but so far the customers that have used it have seen a seamless experience and I feel confident that is any issues arise it will be handled quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Loop has completely revamped the way that we look at our returns. It changed a previously lengthy process into one that is seamless and now generates additional revenue. The setup process was easy enough for me to do alone as they had a very hands on team assisting me with that. The constant roll out of new features and clear communication from the Loop team has been A+. 10/10 would recommend.

Loop helped us simplify our entire return workflow and work load. The Shopify Integration is super helpful and makes for less manual work on our end! The analytics are insightful, easy to use, and help drive to make changes in products/systems. The Support team is always responsive and helpful as well! Really looking forward to the Shop Now feature getting started for us this year!

Loop helped us simplify our exchange process. We love how well it integrates with Shopify and our helpdesk. The ability to customize return rules has been very helpful. Support is quick to assist and responsive to feedback. All of their agents are extremely helpful and knowledgable. Ninthuga in particular has helped us to track down several issues.

We have been using Loop for the past couple years. The usability of Loop is one of the best things about it. Their interface makes sense and they have improved upon their options even more over the years. When issues do arise, our representative, Remi, and the support staff are quick to look into it and provide guidance or resolution. Loop helps us gain valuable insights on our customer return patterns that we were previously missing.

Arguably the best returns solution available on Shopify today. We've been working with Loop for the last 3 years and the platform just keeps getting better and better, to the point where it feels like it's a native addition to Shopify (whom actually invested in a seed round with Loop 2 years ago). The amount of flexibility you have with regards to return outcomes, automations, rules, etc is unmatched and the customer success team (hey Laura!) is beyond insightful. Don't look further.

We have been using Loop for a year and a half and it has completely overhauled the way we process returns and exchanges for the better. It is saving our team so much time and work and Loop integrates so well with many of the apps we use, especially Gorgias. Super user friendly interface and support is alway great!

We installed Loop in Summer, 2022 and within a few months we were able to realize the full benefit of the platform. In particular, Loop unlocked us to offer more flexible exchange options to our customers, which has helped us nearly double the amount of revenue we retained from customers that would have normally been given back in refunds. To add, their analytics page is wonderful and allows us to track our results each month and/or dive into specific areas of interest. We've appreciated the visibility Loop has provided, and have been able to make meaningful changes to how we position our products, conduct fit education, or update our portfolio as a result.

We have just started on the system and love the user friendly interface, its a lot easier than manually processing our exchanges and is now all stored in the one place for me to follow up on. Very easy for customers to use too. Jess was super helpful and very good at follow up! Only downfall is it doesn't integrate with MYPOST business for Auspost only eparcel which didn't work for us so we have lost some features but it is still a great product.

We've used Loop since October 2020, and we've been pleased with its user-friendly features and continued functionality improvements. Loop keeps us informed of new capabilities and easy how-to instructions for updating settings where necessary. Our rep, Ben, is helpful, responsive, and hands-on where assistance or help is needed. Any time we've reached out to their support team, they are friendly and provide updates and resolutions where necessary. Loop has been a great business to work with! Our MSM Laura is very responsive and meets with our team frequently to go over new features and answer any questions. The app integrates seamlessly in Shopify and leaves timeline notes for our team to get a full picture of the exchange // return scenario. 5/5 for sure
