Loop has been a great partner. They've provided a self-service tool for our customers that simplifies returns for them. At the same time, giving us critical customization options we need for branding, policy exceptions, and even a warranty option. Their workflow options allow us to redirect customers depending on the purchased product, tagging in Shopify, or other unique situations we need to monitor. Overall it's been a great tool and I'm excited to see it grow.

Loop is a great product, but their support team is also really responsive and what makes Loop my favorite partner. They're the best support team of any vendor I work with. Such a relief to know the Loop team will always reply with the right answer and usually within just a few hours. It's a bummer I never seem to catch them on live chat but they always answer my question in the first email reply so there's never back and forth.

While some features we'd like are missing (mainly POS returns and POS is muddled in some reporting), they are reactive to features we need. No app will be perfect from the get-go, especially when you add in custom setups, POS, unique product setups, etc. We've been involved in a few Beta tests with them for features we've asked for which is amazing. We're currently struggling with more returns than exchanges but it's reduced the load on our CS team which is a win in itself.

Very easy platform to navigate with helpful insights. Automates the return/exchange process which frees up time for our team to better help customers with other issues. Responsive and thoughtful assistance when called upon as well!!

Loop was the exact Returns / Exchange platform that we were looking for. As a small team of two, manually responding to @info emails just to quickly provide someone a return label was very inefficient. Our Onboarding Rep, Adam, was also extremely helpful and gave us genuine industry standard advice, and pointed out some discrepancies in our T&C. As I'm sure most of us Shopify admins know, managing Exchanges in the Shopify platform is such a headache. It's either a return for refund, or you are messing around with manual inventory adjustments and sending Shipping labels from 3rd party shipping apps. Loop comes in and does exactly what you'd expect and makes the process easy, and all in the 'Orders' page. Our customers seem to appreciate it too, we rarely get a hiccup with Loop, and if we do, it was often a customer input mistake. Do be prepared to sign up for the top two pricing levels though for the best experience. The lowest pricing options are petty limited, and you'll find that out pretty quickly.
