Loop Subscriptions App

We moved two stores from Kaching to Loop and the part I expected to be painful was not: Loop handled the import and everything was tested before it went live. Jagrit ran the onboarding and was quick, clear, and actually reachable when we had questions. The two weeks of hypercare afterwards meant we were never left guessing.

The best, most hands-on support out there

I am extremely happy with Loop. We have now used three different subscription integrations and Loop's customer service has surpassed all of them. Their migration and onboarding team was fantastic. I am very happy with their widget, cancellation flows, and customer portal. My migration specialist, Devak, was awesome!

Great onboarding team and great features

Loop has helped us provide a seamless experience for subscription customers, with new features and integrations being added regularly to help us grow our program even more. The Loop platform is easy to navigate, and their support team is extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend to other brands, especially those that are already using Shopify.

Onboarding and migration from another subscription app was seamless. Tarun was fantastic to work with during the onboarding. I never had help with my former subscription app. I already have more functionality and data than I could ever need, plus the widget customization is exactly what I was looking for. This is the subscription app you NEED. All around 5 stars!

We moved to Loop because we were looking for a better experience for our customers to be able to manage their own subscriptions. 6 months in our customer service issues have gone down and our customers are managing their subscriptions on their own. We also were able to allow customers to add a regular product to their orders. We've had very few issues with the app, and when we have raised them to our support team, the response has been quick and issues have been resolved.

They have good service and provide a needed plug in for our business.

I had an issue with some of the colours on my customer portal not being correct, and Vishal took the time to try to guide me on how to do it, but when that didn't work, he made sure it was fixed for me. Thank you for your help

What really stood out to us was the support after the migration. The Loop team continued to work closely with us, helping us troubleshoot issues and making sure everything was running smoothly. Having a team that stays involved beyond the initial onboarding makes a huge difference.

Support is great

was quite difficult to choose which sub app to go, chosed loop. took me a while to set it up and learn the app. looks pretty advanced with all the options you can choose, rewards, cancel flows, widget design, email customization etc. they have pretty good AI that answers questions fast and also real human support that are always helpful. so far im pleased.
