We've been through three previous subscription apps and were burnt by them all (looking at you YOTPO) but finally found one worth using in Loop. The support is terrific, they are always available and can actually help you. We've seen consistent subscription growth since changing to Loop and I would recommend them to anyone.

Customer service is exceptional with Loop. They are prompt, courteous, and always follow up to make sure all questions are answered and issues are resolved completely. Loop enabled us to launch subscriptions in our Shopify store with zero friction. The onboarding was well structured and fast. The Loop team is friendly and responsive. From our perspective, setting up plans is very intuitive, and our customers can start, pause, or modify subscriptions effortlessly in their portal. The Loop app is stable and genuinly rich in features. All the features work as promised. Documentation is clear, and the UI makes operations simple. Overall, we’re very happy and confidently recommend Loop to brands going into recurring revenue.
