I can't say enough about the Loop support team! They went above and beyond to make sure their app worked with our theme, all under a very tight deadline! You couldn't ask for better service, all on top of an app that is easy to use and customize! Thank you so much for all your help! I will definitely be using this app on all my future websites

Ok so let me just start with their support team, they are THE BEST, I was working on a website at 5am EST, and I had a bit of an issue installing the app, so I emailed them and they replied so quickly. They fixed and reinstalled the app in a matter of seconds. Thank you guys!!!! I will recommend this app and add it into all the websites I work on if needed.

The Loop team was incredible to work with from the very first call and all the way through to completion of our migration away from Recharge. Loop gives us the flexibility we need to provide the best subscription experience for our customers. We demoed software from several providers and Loop was far and away the best choice for us.

The Loop team has been FANTASTIC in helping us switch over from another subscription app. We couldn't be happier with the app and the service we've received. Thanks so much, guys! Additional words 8/08/23: Whenever we have issues stemming from theme updates or issues experienced from our customers, Loop is ALWAYS on it ASAP. We have had a great experience with Loop. We had a specific use case and they were very helpful in working with us. Their system is quite flexible and the team has always been responsive. The portal looks great out of the box and their roadmap includes some great features we're looking to implement.
