We’ve had a very positive experience with Loop Subscriptions so far. What impressed us most was the level of support during the installation and onboarding process. I’ve been super happy with Loop! The customer support team has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire integration, especially with moving all of our existing subscribers over from our previous subscription platform. They made what could have been a complicated process feel very straightforward. The platform itself also gives us far more flexibility and customization than we had before. I especially like the gamification, retention, and anti-churn features, which give us a lot more tools to improve the subscriber experience. I’m really happy we made the move to Loop and would definitely recommend it to other Shopify brands running subscriptions.

We had a great experience working with Adi to get set up on Loop. Our previous subscription platform migration process was a nightmare, so we were definitely anxious about having to go through that process again. However, Adi provided a very detailed pre-migration plan, we had multiple meetings to ensure everyone was aligned on next steps, and all of this ensured a very smooth migration.
