Great app and equally great team. Portal is super straightforward and is easy to see our stats and launch any initiatives we need. When there's a more technical task needed, they are able to directly help and ensure everything is operating as it should. An ideal subscription management partner

My experience so far has been great. The support team are very helpful and I have been able to setup subscriptions easily and when I get stuck I only have to wait a few minutes to get it sorted. Highly recommend

We've tested multiple subscription platforms and Loop is the best. It is as powerful and multi-featured as the most expensive competitors at a much more reasonable price. They are *continually* adding smart, genuinely useful tools and improvements (we're talking every few weeks) and the customer service is impeccable. You simply don't need to look any further.

We have been with loop for a little over a year now, and the whole team has been amazing and helpful. We have 3 websites that use loop and they have been extremely helpful to make sure we get the best deal for the best product. Overall we have been very happy with their platform and plan to continue using loop.

I migrated to from Appstle to Loop due to the increased support, functionality and analytics. We had a few issues during the onboarding and migration but since then i've been really impressed with Loop, particularly the team. It feels like you have a partner in your business that's there to help you grow which is invaluable. TL;DR: Switched from another subscription provider to Loop. Migration was flawless with 0 revenue impact, onboarding was hands-on, and ongoing support is the best I’ve had with any software vendor. CONTEXT: We spent ~10 years on another platform. A trusted friend in CRO recommended Loop; after my own due diligence and a call with their team, we switched. MIGRATION & ONBOARDING - Dedicated onboarding manager - Full migration handled for us - A couple minor hiccups (due to other upgrades on our side), no revenue impact - Smoothest software migration I’ve experienced SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SUCCESS (3 months in) - Regular check-ins with a proactive CSM (Customer Success Manager) - Private Slack channel for quick help - Fast, honest answers—if they don’t know, they say so and follow up immediately COMPARED TO OTHERS - I’ve had cases with other providers where they their answers were wrong and led to long email back-and-forths. - With Loop, recommendations have been accurate the first time, which saved us time and frustration. BOTTOM LINE: I recommend Loop to everyone now. The attention to detail, customer service, and migration experience set a new bar for us.

The Loop team was very thorough in their onboarding to make sure everything went smoothly. We've been using the product for 4 months now, and since then our subscriptions have been steadily increasing.
