Our business model is consumable products and subscriptions are the bread and butter of our business. As such we've been using subscriptions apps since 2017 including Bold and Yotpo. With the limitations of both and the need to expand past the limited capabilities of each we found Loop, and it was a night a day difference. We looked for a long time at almost every subscription solution that exists. I read horror story reviews on pretty much all the platforms of something getting screwed up after install and causing checkout issues, website issues, etc. We settled on Recharge but looked further into Loop the day we were going to sign up. I'm glad we did. It's super easy to use and it just works. Not nearly as costly as Recharge for many of the same features. The support is fantastic. They really go the extra mile to take care of you. Parvesh and team have been EXTREMELY helpful in getting things set up. We had a few questions about the Loop software itself and one larger issue with implementing the widget on our site. On all occasions, Loop was ready to jump in and get all problems solved within 24 hours.

The Loop team is amazing to deal with! We looked at a lot of different options for our first subscription app and ultimately landed on Loop because it felt like a great starting point, especially considering the app is free until you have 40 subscriptions. It was a little challenging getting the widget "on brand" so we reached out to their CS. Adarsh worked with us for a few weeks going as far as modifying the liquid code to make sure the app fit our site perfectly. Long story short, they have a great app and an even better team. Would highly recommend Loop to anyone!
