This app is incredibly flexible for what we need. We use it for wine club subscriptions and it works wonders. I also want to thank the team for helping us migrate our subscriptions from Squarespace into Loop on Shopify, they were patient and helpful despite our small amount of migrations.

Really good platform We moved over from seal as we wanted the option to add one time products to upcoming orders and an easier to navigate more professional looking customer portal. Loop ticks all the boxes for us! Migration was very seamless and the communication from all at loop is faultless - they are always on hand to help!

This is the best subscription app I've come across. The bundle works great and it allows customizing to match your theme through a little bit of coding. I had a few specific requirements and the team at Loop were so helpful in solving them. I'm looking forward to being a long time user of this application!

I have been through a handful of subscription apps! This one has the features we need with custom bundles, a user-friendly customer portal, and GREAT customer service! From onboarding to ongoing support, the extraordinary support is amazing. The product does what it says and more! A must-add to any subscription-based Shopify store

Truly one of the best apps I have ever experienced with Shopify. They have a team that works EXTREMELY hard to get things done. The team also makes absolutely sure the job is done before moving on to something else. I love working with this team & this application, and would recommend them to anyone. This application itself has brought down our cancellation percentage, has given our customers a better experience, and is very user-friendly. Loop is a 10/10.

I've had a long lasting issue with shopify shipping rates and Atul was the best! He helped and supported me where he could and no solution was never the answers.
