My experience with loop has been great! (1) this app is packed with features and flexibility that are included without an additional charge. (2) the service team is fantastic - they provide all the help needed and get things done quickly and hold a monthly review meeting focused on growth and improvements, (3) my sales from subscriptions have grown significantly since switching to Loop.

If you’re a subscription brand, Loop is worth it. The portal is clean, skip/pause/cancel flows are intuitive, and their team goes above and beyond. Other subscription tools don’t come close in support or retention guidance. Would recommend to any DTC brand running subs.

Loop is not only only a subscription app, their team works closely with our team to ensure all our operations are optimized, questions answered and they take feedback seriously. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Migrated late last year from another subscription app - onboarding has been incredible, the team has gone above and beyond making it seamless. They are super responsive on Slack to any queries. Would definitely recommend Loop for anyone getting into subscriptions.

Loop has been super easy to use and integrate into our subscription program. The platform is intuitive, and we were able to get everything set up without a steep learning curve. The features are straightforward, which makes managing subscriptions way less complicated than we expected. What really stands out is their communication and support. The team is responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions or needed guidance. It's clear they understand what merchants need and actually care about helping you succeed.

We recently migrated to LOOP and thus far could not be more happy. The migration and onboarding team (led by Shivam Sen Kumar) is among the best we've ever encountered in this space -- knowledgeable, responsive, diligent in setting and meeting deadlines. A+++. While it is early days, the app itself also seems to be a huge upgrade over our prior subscription app -- far easier to implement, better UI/UX for our customers and great support. We are excited for next steps with LOOP.

Our experience with Loop has been really great! We moved to the platform earlier this year after leaving our previous platform, and the features available have made it much easier to strengthen and scale our subscription program. Big shoutout to Manan for the ongoing support in helping us get set up smoothly and continuously improve our current systems.

We have a great experience working with Loop Subscriptions. The collaboration is smooth and genuinely friendly from day one. Their team is always quick to jump in whenever we run into issues, and they don’t just react, they proactively suggest features and improvements we can take advantage of. They also supported us through our migration from a previous subscription solution, which made the transition much easier than expected. Overall, it’s been a really positive and supportive partnership.

We’ve tested several subscription apps and Loop stands out. The product is solid, flexible, and works reliably at scale, but the real differentiator is the support. The team is fast, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to understand your setup and help you solve issues properly. Highly recommended if subscriptions are a core part of your business.
