I was worried about how all our subscriptions would be transferred over to them, but they handled everything perfectly and I am so excited to be using Loop. Their portal is extremely user-friendly, easy to manage, and very clear. We’ve honestly had a really great experience working with Loop for Buff Clucks. The support they’ve given us has been super helpful, especially with the projects we’re running they always find a way to make things work. Big shoutout to Amandeep, our Customer Support Manager. He’s always quick to reply and really reliable whenever we need help. It makes a huge difference knowing someone’s there and on top of things. Also want to mention Swaraj and Kashish...they’ve been awesome whenever we run into technical issues. They’re always willing to jump in, figure things out, and get us back on track. The support from the Loop team has been solid. We really appreciate everything.

Great CSM work, they will keep you updated on status and really help you set the app up, especially if you are new on subscriptions!
