We had some minor issues with the application because part of our website is built with custom code. However, the support team resolved the problem very quickly, and their tech team adapted everything to our code so it could function properly. Amazing!

I’m the manager and was the one directly reaching out to support — at first I was a bit frustrated as responses were taking some time, but once I connected with Aastik, I was beyond grateful. we just switch from a different subscription to Loop and I can say the the overall user experience was superb! Pretty much all data we track on a weekly basis are available in Loop Analytics! No need to manual export data because all are in the analytics dashboard!

The app is very easy to navigate and has very helpful features good for your business. Also, the check-ins the support gave is a tremendous help. Shout out to Sparsh for always checking, assisting, guiding and helping us through while we get over the learning curve. This app is much recommended.
