Very positive experience with the whole team. Very convenient and constantly being optimized, close support and a lot of options to increase subscription revenue and retention while decreasing the churn rate. I also like the option to include a bundle builder, would definetly recommend!

We migrated over to Loop from a very subpar subscription management platform. We went through the process and looked at all the big players in the space and landed on Loop - and we've been thankful since that day. Easy migration, actual analytics in the platform that you can make real business decisions off of, and the support is top tier (shoutout to Aayush for being there for my every question and guiding me on the new features!!). They aren't just resting on their current offerings either; they are constantly releasing updates, upgrades, and net-new ways to manage your subscriptions. They are laser-focused on reducing churn, dunning, and increasing LTV by providing you with the exact data and tools required.

have tried other subscription apps and support was not helpful at all, gave loop a try and Sam has been absolutely amazing. The customer service is on point, and the amount of options available/features is amazing. Will stick to this app :)

We've been using Loop Subscriptions for some time now and it's been a game-changer for our store. Great app!!! the staff is extremely friendly and they are always willing to help out! Response time is always fast and easy! Aayush, a staff member, is very educated and always has answers for any type of questions regarding the app and/or Shopify processes. 10/10!!
