I spent 2-3 hours of setting everything up, changes were not saved properly, settings would disappear. When everything was done I could not change the very title of the loyalty program (I run my store in Swedish and wanted it to be in Swedish). I reached out to support, they gave a standard answer that this could be changed in the settings which was not true. After som time they told me it could only be done with CSS but they hade no code for it. So WARNING if you run your shop in another language than English, do not use this app!!!

After having an issue with the app I reached out to the team and they were very helpful in helping with a solution. Great customer service!

I have tried many Loyalty apps but all are super pricy and not functioning well ,but I can confidently recommend this app for any Shopify owner. The app has a reasonable price and it looks neat and smooth, and I did have some issues with my theme, I simply turned to the support team of the app and they did offered me a great help right away. So I am giving this 5 stars for the app and for the team working behind this amazing app. Best of luck !

I had no active campaigns and did not want their paid service (I had just installed it to see how it would work). But I guess customers have still been able to create accounts (for a loyalty program that doesn't exist) AND now they are publishing updates to my theme AND creating draft orders.

This is a good app that will simplify point usage for the clients on your site. No discount codes needed! Make the experience great and simple for your customers. The support team is amazing, probably the best I've seen on Shopify!!! They respond within a day making all the changes you ask. My store is in RTL language and although I asked to move many elements and translate a lot of stuff into the foreign language and paid a great attention to details, the did it all! Buy the app guys! You won't regret it.

Customer Support Was GREAT! We had some issues getting it to work with our site but they fixed the issues asap! Great FREE App. We were ALMOST about to pay a $500 a month plan with another app company due to our customer base.

Issues, issues, and more issues. All we have had is problems with this app. After considerable time and effort we gave up on it ever working. The fact that it can't be used with dynamic categories is a HUGE flaw. The app developers did try to help but even with their effort, it never functioned correctly. If you have a small amount of products and can actually get it to work, it might be ok for you.

HORRIBLE app! Steer Clear! My customers not only didn't get their sign up points, but their balances kept showing $0 even after multiple purchases. What a disaster! I have since uninstalled the app.

SpurIT Team have been a great help and were very quick to respond. They have responded within minutes, and made changes the same day! They translated the widget according to my wishes, and also changed the colour scheme of the Loyalty Program Points Manager, so that it now looks as part of the store. Since, I come from Slovenia, you can assume not many loyalty programs support translations, and they usually want to charge for translations, that store owner basically has to make by himself. Thank you Alexander and SpurIT Team! :D

First of all, for the price you can't beat it. I've been looking for a way to reward my steady customers without spending a fortune. It was pretty easy to set up and get running, and after a little "tweeking" I got it to look pretty good on my store. I was pleasantly surprised to get help instantly with their online chat. Olga was kind and professional. Unfortunately, we couldn't get it working just right, so she made a support ticket and they will get back with me after looking at my Store. I'll update later with pros and cons.

We think this is the most convenient loyalty program available on Shopify. The points redemption process is very straight-forward. On the View Cart page, the website visitor just selects # of points to redeem and discount applied automatically. It was very easy to set up and the code was installed automatically.
