We are very happy to have found the Love Loyalty App. It is just what we needed for our online teashop. It was easy to install and works great. It is nice that it is easy to customize and very user-friendly. It is perfect for our online and POS tea friends to get more connected with us and bring mutual benefits. It integrates greatly into the shopping experience, letting customers redeem points directly in the cart, user-friendly. The customer support is quick and friendly. Feels like you are closely working in a team with them. Highly recommended.

I love the features that are provided in the app. But when looking for an app to use for my small business I don’t just look for what the app offers but the customer service that comes with the app. The app developers are beyond helpful and are always quick to response with any questions that arise. Who highly recommend this app or any other app put out by the developers.

It’s simple to set up, works effortlessly, and good customization options. Customers can redeem points right in their cart, which makes the whole experience smooth and simple. There is also an option to see the points on the customer account page. The support team is a huge plus — they’re super helpful and quick to answer any questions. They even helped me get everything ready to go, which saved me so much time.

Overall, I would recommended the app! There is a glitch (or maybe it’s just room for improvement) but I will start with the pros! Pros: - Marton and his team are exceptionally responsive and helpful! They always get back to my questions promptly and care a lot of about customer satisfaction. I mean it when I say exceptional, nothing like any other app owners I’ve encountered. -The app itself is so neat! I love how it will reward my loyal customers (which in and of itself is a better business plan than always trying to get new customers). Con: The only con (and its minor enough that I still gave the app 5 stars), is that even when your settings are set on “draft” mode and you’re still trying to figure things out, customers can still receive and see points accumulated. Because I haven’t fully launched the program yet, I’d love if my customers couldn’t see anything at all about points. I don’t want them thinking they’re getting points when I’m not quite ready yet! I wish draft setting really was a draft, not seen by anyone yet but the store owner.

Thank you for your review, I'm super happy to hear that you're happy with our app. Once you add point earning rules the customers start earning points, however until you activate the app in the storefront the they won't be able to see or redeem them. If you want to reset these points before going live you can do that in bulk on the Customers page. Feel free to reach out via Live Chat in the app if you need help with this.

The app looks very easy to use. User friendly theme and design, I would recommend. The inventor of the app was very friendly and helped us with settings a lot.

We had been searching for a customizable, purchase-based incentive tool for Body-Face Academy & Spa for a long time. Although we tried various solutions on Shopify, each had its drawbacks: they were either too complex, limited to predefined elements, or lacked flexibility in branding and customization. The Love Loyalty app overcame all these challenges, and from the very first moment, it was clear how much potential it held. After an excellent onboarding call—where they were incredibly open to further ideas—we became even more confident that this app was exactly what we were looking for. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone!

Love Loyalty Program & Rewards is a great app! This loyalty app is an easy to use program to retain customers and to push them to buy more. The customer service is professional: beyond setting everything in the app for me, they are always ready to help me when I have any question. It can be easily and quickly set in Shopify, it can be customized, and it is easy-to-use for the customers, as they can draw in their points directly in their baskets. I recommend it wholehartly to everybody, you will not be disappointed if you try it!

An excellent app that helps boost customer engagement and loyalty. It’s especially great that you can earn more points for different events, which can be redeemed during purchases. It is easy to set up and customize. It is truly a wonderful loyalty app. Customers can see the points that purchasing each item will give them. It is flexible to use to fit your brand. Offers multiple options for your customers to earn points. The app allows customers to redeem points directly from the cart page. The customer support is fast to answer and help. Highly recommend it!

A zero-BS, easy to manage app that does exactly what you need it to do - and yet it's incredibly customizable. If you're looking for something like this for your UX, this is it, look no further. Even though it's really not that difficult to set up, developers are willing to help you along the way - even offering to completely set it up for you, just the way you want it. Couldn't say no to that. They also send you a video on how exactly it works on YOUR website. They also confirmed that points will be visible on the Shopify New Customer Accounts very soon. Anyway, good stuff, and the developers are worth supporting - they do absolutely make sure you're satisfied with the app.

I have tried similar loyalty apps, but this is the best so far. It is user frendly, easy to set up, but in case you have questions there is great support from the developers with quick response. There is a very wide range for you to set up the reward system according to your wishes, you can easily find a method what suits your business best. I can recommend to use this app, you will not be dissapointed.
