We’re in the process of setting up Love Loyalty, and so far, we’re really impressed. The setup has been straightforward, and the flexibility to customize everything to match our brand style is a big plus. We especially like that customers will be able to redeem points directly in the cart without any extra pop-ups or widgets, which should make it feel seamless once we go live. The way the app integrates across the product, account, and thank-you pages feels well thought-out, and the social media engagement features for TikTok and Instagram look promising for boosting interaction. We’re excited to see how it performs once it’s live, but the initial experience has been great, and it already feels like a solid tool for building customer loyalty!
