As a new business I needed a loyalty program for my clients. I have just subscribed to Love Loyalty and went through the demo and online chat for set up assistance. Both have been extremely helpful. I will do another review once I have used the program with clients for a bit on how things are going.

So far so good! Having been using another free app for a while we knew it was time to update our website and a mission to find a new rewards partner was on. After finding Love Loyalty we immediately hit it off with the team and the next steps were soon put into place. We are a small Mom&Pop fabric store (http://gorgeousfabrics.com), and just implemented this loyalty program for our customers. First off, the support I got from Balint and his team was exceptional: they answered all my questions, helped me with some basic configuration issues, and helped us customize the site with our own names and colors! We've soft-launched this feature and will see if people discover it organically before we send out an announcement, but the Love Loyalty team has been great to work with!

My man Balint guided me through this so easily. The Love loyalty app is far better than smile which was inconvenient for business owner and my customers. Love loyalty is already serving my customers and my business better

We used another loyalty app prior Love Loyalty. Switched over for the seamless integration and customer focused ease of use and redemption. Love how customers can see & redeem right on the cart page. On top of that support is amazing. Super helpful, thorough and supportive. Highly reccommend!

This app really helps us about everything, understanding is easy, system is easy and effecetive, It is really well and fun for my customers and us website owners. and Balint really helps to solve a problem about app and they are updating app for better usage. thank you very much for your service.

Great app and excellent support. Customers can clearly see the rewards they will earn on the product page and easily redeem points on the cart page, recommended.

Diese App ist einfach großartig! Sie funktioniert einwandfrei, ist benutzerfreundlich und hat mir wirklich geholfen. This app is a game-changer! Super easy to set up, packed with features like loyalty points, VIP tiers, and referrals, and the support team is incredibly helpful. this app is amazing, it has several implementations and a lot of types of rewards. It is easy to use and set up and customer support is 10+ Highly recommend. The price is just WOWOWOWOWOW and it competes with apps which are 10x expensive. Good job Balint! :)

Great app, works very well natively in our store and is a popular addition. The developers are helpful and I had a nice meeting with Balint about exciting additions to their platform. Hopefully our insight (among others) will help them shape useful apps (alongside this one) going forward!

The best thing about this APP is the team behind it. Its very straight forward to set up and implement but if you are a DIYer like myself if you have any questions or need help with anything at all Balint goes above and beyond to help. I am very much looking forward to the program rewarding my customers and strengthening my brand loyalty. There are many 'reward' programmes out there and Love loyalty is at a reasonable price, great support and all the features you need.

I cannot recommend this app enough!! It is super user-friendly, but before I knew that for myself, I immediately asked for guidance, and Balint responded to me in minutes. He was able to access my account with my permission and set up my loyalty program exactly how I wanted it, even giving me plenty of pointers on how to structure my point system and different tiers. He honestly went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He even added sign-up points retroactively to all my customers who had already signed up prior to creating the loyalty program. We have been running this loyalty app for a few weeks now, and my customers are LOVING it. Everything has run flawlessly. Knowing that I can reach out for help making any changes and get an immediate response is invaluable. This has been such an asset for our company as a whole, and we greatly appreciate it!
