The Love Loyalty Team is great to work with. Very accessible and patient. They will help you get everything up and running smoothly and has even been there when I have questions down the road. Since putting the program in place - I have gotten wonderful feedback from our customers how they appreciate the program and like being able to use it on their purchases. I had worked with 2 other loyalty programs prior to finally discovering Love and this one just makes sense. I like that the program can grow and expand as we are ready. They have continued to make the Love app even better with new features since we first added. Keep up the great work and fantastic app Team Love. You made me loyal to you.

The app is so efficient and intuitive for our customers: much better than any of the previous loyalty apps we've used (including those widely used out there who use complex and heavy floating widgets). The app allows customers to redeem every single point they have (through a slider, straight in their Mini / Drawer Cart), not just predefined amounts of points. It integrates perfectly, and has no errorrs or bugs. It's CAE (new Shopify's Customer Accounts Extension). And the customer service is top notch. Balint has helped us with everything, including the (points) migration from a previous loyalty app. We were up and running within a few hours. So, yeah, I'm happy we found this app after testing other similar apps that weren't so efficient and intuitive at attracting customers to use their points.

I have added the Love Loyalty app to my 2nd Shopify store as it is working great on my 1st one. It's creating long term customer loyalty and generating a significant source of revenue. Lots of customisation options including look and feel and translations.

Set up has been seemless with the help of Balint and the team in the background. Very responsive and helpful. The app itself seems to be better than others on the market, especially the Referral element. We are hoping for good results going forward.

A pesar de que la app es sencilla de usar, tengo que editar mi review por los problemas que estamos teniendo en cuanto hemos ido analizando con más detalle el funcionamiento. La funcionalidad de referidos no funciona correctamente, algo que es fundamental para que tenga sentido. No discierne entre si el cliente es nuevo o no. No tiene sentido y nos ha penalizado bastante en la experiencia de cliente. Por otro lado, no hay información suficiente cuando se producen cambios dentro de la app.

Absolutely love this app it made setting up our loyalty program surprisingly easy, and the features feel far more premium than most alternatives.
