This app has been an eye opener. The screen replays of customers interacting with various elements on the website including the cart and checkout process (payment info pages are blanked out) allow you to home in on what is working for your customers and more importantly on what is not. Additionally, the events tool allows you to flag any kind of event on your website for comprehensive data gathering which can be studied for upto 30 days. Heatmap tool shows you high interaction areas of your website and a is a good indicator of areas needing improvement. Lucky Orange also arranges a gratis 15 minute call for new users. In our case, Jordan was fantastic and walked us through all the features of the app. Love it!

This is a powerful tool. The recordings and heat maps allowed our team see our store through the "eyes of the customer". It made a big difference, within 3 days of installing this app, we learnt a lot about consumer behavior. This enabled us to optimize our store as necessary, the results followed. Definitely worth the investment.

Great app! Lucky Orange gave us the ability to see customer behavior and optimize accordingly. So much great information can be found on your dashboard, and the app is extremely user-friendly! Such a powerful too - can't recommend it enough!

I've used Lucky Orange many times throughout the years. They recently (new to me) rolled out an update and it is very impressive. I liked how it was before. But now there is even more data. Their information is invaluable, including such helpful things as knowing where customers' rage click! I want to know what things are frustrating my customers and what other app literally lets you look over your customer's "shoulder"? Highly recommend getting!

This is my favorite heat map! I have used this app at multiple jobs and it has been immensely helpful in trying to figure out some of the pain points our customers experience from a UX perspective. Can't recommend it enough and a great support team too!

They used to be extremely valuable, but have lost it as they increase prices without adding any extra value nor fixing the core service issues. Recordings are still cut off about 5/10 times. 7/10 times it doesn't record the interactions. It does not align with the unique visit stats of other applications (like Google), but they claim theirs is the exact number. Price increases should bring in value to your supporting customers. I will have to move on. Thankfully, competitors are more affordable and have more features. Too much competition to be this unreliable and expensive.

It’s likely the issues you’re seeing are due to visitors leaving your store within a few seconds, which would generate a no data recording. It is normal to see discrepancies between analytics tools regarding the number of visitors tracked because of tracker blockers visitors may have in place or differences in when and how various analytics platforms trigger their tracking code. We’d also be happy to walk you through some of the new features we’ve added to Lucky Orange prior to raising prices including email reports, multiple question surveys, optimizable segments and new integrations. Have been using for a few months. It's a great app to use to track customers' shopping behaviors and identify places to improve on my website. Plus excellent customer support team that answers my question and concerns very promptly. Still learning how to use more of the features that can potentially help me save big bucks!

This is a game changer! It captures every customer journey from when they arrive your website till they leave. Watching the recording and heat maps have enabled me make changes to reduce cart abandonment and improve customer experience, leading to more sales. I highly recommend this app if you want to scale your business.
