This app is awesome. It is really helpful for monitoring customer activity, both live and recorded from the past. Very easy to use. This app is very useful. I highly recommend it trying it out. I found it to be well worth the $10 monthly fee.

A must have App for anyone looking get detailed analytics on customer behaviour on their store. Being able to view in real-time how visitors are interacting with your site is a super awesome feature within lucky orange!

Switching to Lucky Orange for our chat was a great decision! Not only was it cheaper than our last chat program, it also provides analytic insights that are soo much easier to understand than Google Anayltics. The other feature that I'm in love with is the polls. Overall great investment!

We LOVE Lucky Orange! A fabulous tool to interact in real time with our customers which minimizes incoming emails to our info account. The heat maps and conversion tools are helpful to track customers and see where they are getting lost/confused. Or to see why they abandon their cart. Overall a fantastic App and we would highly recommend it.

Lucky Orange is the easiest way I have come across to set up click tracking/heatmaps, polls and chat. Before, this took 3 different apps, so I really appreciate the streamlining effect this has had on my workflow. The app has outstanding visual design, loads very fast and has been glitch free so far. Plus they have been really responsive to my questions and feedback. I am sold.
