This is one of my favorite apps. It really shows what customers are thinking and helped me move some things around. Great customer service too.

Such an insightful app - shows you in the stats you need in bite size chunks which is much more easy to read and interpret than the enormity of Google Analytics. It's great seeing how users interact with your sight first hand - eliminates a lot of guessing. The only bit (that isn't actually Lucky Orange's fault) is that you need to be on the Shopify Plus plan in order to watch recordings of what happens beyond the Cart page - but this is because Shopify takes the customer out of your site and into theirs for this stage, so Lucky Orange can't track again until someone orders and they are back on your website. Customer service has been excellent as well, Josh and Bradley have gotten straight back to me with any help I needed. Highly recommend.

The live recordings are pretty cool but the Heatmaps never seem to work for me. Spoke to support and they were pretty helpful and are currently looking into the issue. The issue seems to be a template compatibility issue.

The Developer is responsive to questions which has been very helpful. And, I was able to pin-point some items that needed to be changed in my shop in order to make it more user-friendly. However, the site isn't able to capture all of the visits as is explained in the FAQs. I would recommend it to anyone starting out.

Lucky Orange is hands down the best website tracking app I've ever used. The amount of information this app provides you makes it nearly impossible not to increase your sales. I have been using this app for almost a year now so I think I'm well qualified to comment on it. Of all the apps I have used, this is the one I would hate to be without. I have changed so much on my website simply because I can watch how people navigate it; it enables me to see it from the customers viewpoint. I have picked up countless flaws that I would never have even known were there. I can introduce changes and watch how they work out, cut them out if they don't. Can't talk about customer support as never needed it. Not saying it's perfect, not saying it's picked up every transaction but that is not what I was looking for. To be honest once you have got used to the initial amazement of watching customers navigate your site it can become a chore;however, you learn to pick out the ones you need to look out for and that is where the diamonds are.You can filter the behaviour patterns to see what you are looking at. Build heatmaps, you'll be surprised how the layout you thought was perfect is not how your customers use the site: then change your site. Disclaimer. As far as I can recall I've never been asked to give a review. I won't get any money off for this one :-) I'm doing it not only to help the developer but to help shop owners trying to develop their sites.

This app is awesome. The live view is a little spooky at first but you soon get used to it. The recordings feature has shone a light on how our shop is working and how the user journeys through the site.

Very Helpful app! Now we can record the pach of customers in our site and see if they are having dificulties at some point to navigate at some point.! Really worth.

If you don't know what your customer are doing on your site, you lost your sale. With lucky orange, we can now understand our customer to drive them lower to the sale funnel. Must have app!

It is quite fun to watch what potential customers are doing on your site. It feels a bit "Big Brotherish" and I can't help but get frustrated when someone spends a lot of time scrolling around then doesn't buy! Very interesting insights though
