La app contiene fallos, como el uso de un checkout alternativo al genérico de shopify, la falla en la traducción de textos para tiendas multilenguaje y parámetros incorrectos o fallas a la hora de subir imágenes en el diseñador de productos. Además el equipo de soporte es muy lento para resolver dudas o ofrecer asistencia.

Even though app says live support, one day they just decided to remove it, when you send them a message on messenger they say for shopify you need to email them. Haven't heard back from them since. App is filled with bugs they don't bother to solve, they only give temporary solutions. For example in more than one instance I downloaded a design customer made as a pdf, and the pdf file was wrong so we produced and sent out a wrong order. When I contacted the support they asked me to use the other download methods so basically you will always have to double check. Do not bother paying for this app, its clearly not made for shopify.

Great software for custom printing business, has a lot to offer but has room to improve. Definitely good for the price. Hard to install but the support team has been incredible and has helped with absolutely every issue I've had.

Jade and the rest of the Staff that helped me did an excellent job in resolving an issue I had with the app. They walked me through it and also did extra in removing some buttons I felt were not necessary. I recommend this app to creators like me. Thank you for the great work!

This app does not work. After integrating this app into my website, my checkout button broke and I was unable to make sales. The support team did not help me. If you want to install this app, think twice.

I believe it's a great app but is a little challenging to get started. Support is very good though. I just wish I would have made contact sooner.

I have persisted with this app because I am optimistic and see that this could be a great app with some updates. It is not actually compatible with Shopify as it takes over the shopping cart/checkout entirely. So if you run other apps that require the cart and checkout to remain as standard, it will not work at al for your store. It sets up a shopping cart within the Shopify shopping cart so there are 2 checkout buttons. UPDATE (1st AUG 2023): The developers have now been helpful with working on the coding for my store so that the messy checkout this app makes is better for our customers. This app does have plenty of possibility and potential and I still hope that in time the required improvements will be made, however it is a way off from actually being properly compatible with Shopify, especially if you sell items that do not require customisation along ones that do using this app. UPDATE (26th APR 2025): Where has the advertised Live Chat Support for this ap gone?? Sadly there is now zero support available for this app. It completely stopped working for no apparent reason! We had to contact every customer and ask them to email the details of their designs to us and remake all the designs manually! Thankfully our customers were very understanding, however the massive time and admin cost to this was horrible. No response to emails to the developer. After searching for alterrnative contact details I found the Lumise App facebook page. The response to the message was that this app is now managed by a different company! This is appauling. Changed my review from 3 stars to 2 stars. The app has potential but without any support it is nothing but a liability to any business and we do not recommend it. UPDATE (24th AUG 2025) - Due to the app no longer being compatible with Shopify until it is updated to meet the requirements of the new Checkout and Thank You pages, we removed the app. We are thankful for the fast assistance of the new management and wish them well for the future of Lumise. The app has potential but needs work to be suitable for Shopify. Review upgraded from 2 to 4 stars in support if the assistance received to remove the app from my website.

Overall a good app. I have the Shopify version and the Woocommerce version. The woo commerce version is by far better. The Shopify version does not allow for stock images even though their advertising says it does. Also support is not a good. I would give the woocommerce version 4 stars and the Shopify 2-3.

if -5 stars was an option thats what this deserves. Terrible application for shopify, does not support it properly, Should not even be an application option for this platform. Customers can only go straight to checkout once products designed, no option to add to cart and combine with non lumise products. Useless!!! Don't waste your time.
