I’ve been using this app for over a year now, and the problems just never end. To be fair, the team did help me with a few things like giving me more room on the front page, but does that really pay off for all the issues I’ve faced (and continue to face) after all this time? Absolutely not. Archived products and private collections still appeared on the app, categories and subcategories were difficult to organize, out-of-stock items looked available until clicked, images and logos were blurry, products showed in random order instead of how I set them on my website, and the loading speed was painfully slow (15 to 30 seconds just to open a category). Push notifications caused unnecessary problems as well. Every request took forever to fix. What they promised in 7 to 8 days ended up taking more than 30 days just to get a preview, and that cycle repeated again and again. Even the simplest fixes — like improving image quality, adjusting menus, adding size charts, or making the homepage work properly — dragged on endlessly. On top of paying over $200/month, I was asked to pay extra for basics like Loox integration or a proper category page design. After more than a year, I’m still dealing with issues that should have been solved from the start. Even today, after more than a year of using it, I ran into yet another problem. I sent out a push notification to announce a new product drop, only to find out the notification wasn’t even being sent. A completely useless attempt. If you have the option to choose another app, do it before you waste your time here.

Worst experience! The app has so many errors and issues. The team is very unresponsive and they do not care about fixing things on time. 2 weeks have passed and the customers still can't add anything to the cart. The team is simply saying that the app got updated and is fine now when it isn't. I will definitely look for another developer, don't fall for the trap of the team being helpful in the early stages. Once you pay, it all changes and the errors will start popping up. Every update they forget something or do something wrong, you will be wasting a lot of your time. Find someone more professional.

I never thought that I will be able to create an app for my store , me a dentist with zero programming knowledge . From day one of my project , I downloaded 3 apps that basically doing the same thing ( creating an app for shopify store ) , I worked with the 3 apps and was creating demos on them all . One of them was Magenative , and wow they were the best one of them all ! The simplicity in editing the app , the creativity of their developer team to meet my needs , and their customer service is incredible . Seriously guys in Magenative , do you ever sleep ? whenever I contact them they are available , whether it is day or night weekend or weekday they are always available . Not only available , but also creative and actually care about how you are presenting your app . Just check my app and see how cool it looks ! , I can add 2 more custom pages , I can add even videos and announcement bars I asked for multiple changes in the app that needed codes and developers work and they did it all ! This 5 stars is actually less than what they deserve and If I can mention a person who walked me through the whole process , Alina ! Alina was super helpful , always have solutions , and keeps me updated about my app almost 24/7 . Thank you Alina , Thank you Magenative for making the dream comes true ! I am so excited for my first app update , the team will make even more cool changes to it .
