DO NOT USE THIS APP BUILDER! They provide full promises of being able to fully customise an app for your brand in which they will then just dodge around and ingore your issues completely. We have been trying to build a fucntioning app with Magenative for over a year now and it is still not ready to publish. As another 1 star review noted they convince you at the start with very good customer service skills to lock into a plan and then once you have the level of service drops to basically 0 and you can never get them to solve any of your issues. This app feels like it was a complete scam and we are in the process now of getting a refund for the full year we paid for this useless service. We have paid $999USD in total and have not even been able to use the app for a day because our customisations required are not achievable by Magenative despite them confirming that they are from the beginning. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BASICALLY A SCAM.

Unbelievably pathetic experience, before becoming a paid member as I was on the trial version, the support I received was far beyond my expectations, I was amazed by the swiftness of their responses & overall dedication & thus decided to get on their most expensive plan, I noted out all the changes I required to their team beforehand & they promised that the app will go live within a few days and the changes will be implemented. Now today over 2 months have passed, I have paid the recurring amount of their enterprise plan multiple times & still my app is not functional! Yes after 2 months! I have been going at it with their support team over & over & over again but all I receive is false promises. I genuinely can't believe how these guys have a 4.9-star rating & I'm truly fed up now. My app organically has 100+ downloads (without any sort of marketing at our end, absolutely 0) & thus now I have been stuck in this situation where I can't just move onto another mobile app provider & neither am I able to move forward with the imaginative team here.

We started on our journey with Magenative over 2 years ago. We had a grocery store with some customizations done to add some features we needed to have integration with some other Shopify apps. It seemed like every time a new update would roll out to our customers some old features would get broken. The devs used to say that they have tested it but we still have to trace down the problem and details by asking our customers. Our requirements never changed but even after so long, we couldn't get a base app working as intended for our customers. We had many plans to expand our features but without a properly working base app, it didn't make sense to expand. Whenever fixes were needed it would easily drag over a week to get resolved. After 2 years of having exceeding patience and no improvement, we decided to shut the app. How long could we ask our customers to be patient with us? It is a bad customer experience if we have to constantly keep telling our customers we are constantly improving our app even after 2 years and not even having base features working properly. We have a very good brand image having been in this business for over 20 years but just the bad experience of the app has seriously affected our image. The only reason we managed to keep running the app for so long was due to our customer service team constantly communicated with the customers and gave out offers to compensate them, which resulted in more losses. We hope the Magenative team will reflect seriously on their internal testing, development and communication policies.

There are several areas where MageNative fell short for me. First, the platform did not provide any support in creating the initial design for the app. I was restricted to using their preset UI or cloning my web UI, which limited my ability to offer a unique, native mobile experience for my customers. I also noticed significant loading times whenever the application was opened, which impacted the user experience and could potentially affect customer satisfaction. Furthermore, I found their customer support to be wanting. The team appeared overstretched and lacked a firm understanding of my specific needs and concerns. I needed to integrate Facebook and Google SDK, but I'm still waiting for a response from them. This delay has been frustrating. Lastly, the absence of a dedicated manager for my project was disappointing. I found myself frequently interacting with non-technical staff who seemed unaware of the details of my project, which led to further delays and miscommunications.

They have deleted all my products Database of products on 7 Jun 2022 . I want my products database Back.

I WAS FRUSTRATED FROM THE COMPANY I TRUSTED. At the very beginning the staff communication is excellent, absolutely outstanding. They are replying with all the inquiries, very quick, as in really quick, then theyve suggested me to subscribe in their PLAN in which theyve got not only my trust but my company trust even i was in trial period they sugested to subscribe in their PLAN. And i trusted, then they ask for a POSIIVE REVIEW in which theyve let me to experience the best service, then after i send the POSITIVE REVIEW, they are ignoring all our request and modification, I ASK them, CAN you make my App work fast or NO, because my app is LIVE in IOS & ANDROID STORE for a bout a month the it reflect my company impression. It was so slow in takes 4-7 sec till it ends up not working at all. And they want us to work with them and pay for a CRAP mob app. they doesnt have one word and they are wasting all the companies REPUTATION. WE LOSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS with a TRASH APP. THEY CARE ONLY FOR THIS COMMENT THAT THEY MANDATE THE PEOPLE...THEN AFTER THE SUBSCRIPTION, YOU WILL RECIEVE THE WORST SERVICE EVER... WE'VE WASTED TIME FOR AND MONEY, they will ignore you and will not reply in all inquiries ...once they got the positive review theyve want.

App builder is garbage. They charged me instead of giving me the free trial and the cannot help me set it up. They are nearly impossible to get support or cancel. Email and ticket links open a blank window with nothing there. Id give them negative stars if i could.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I was unable to use this app and paid for a 6 months subscription apparently my business isn't allowed to be in the IOS or Android platforms, after informing the company their solution was for me to add these long instructions on my website for customers to download the app. Literally the steps we have to take to get the app on our phones as if any customer would take that much time out of their day to add an app. After a month of waiting for a response refunds are against their policy, they didn't even attempt to return half the money. Basically they got almost 300 out of me for a subscription I can't even use. I'm disgusted and I feel cheated out of my money, I regret ever using this companies service. This is poor customer service with this type of solution and communication.

It was big mistake to go with them. Our business heavily suffered due to the poorly developed app(bugs, crashes,etc). I somehow think that as a strategy they have kept the monthly subscription low and they share a mediocre app reference in the beginning and ask clients for some customizations charges. Once the client has paid through time and money to improve the app, it becomes hard to switch. Seems like a perfect bait. Unfortunately, we discovered it too late. To add, there is no quality control, no one managing the service. You would be left to some developer who is in a different world and does not give a hoot about your business. Just a heads up for people considering to use this app.

Magenative is the biggest scam I have ever heard of. I have no idea how they are listed on Shopify's app store. I spent weeks waiting on them to fix my app for my Shopify store. It was a nightmare. They put you into a sketchy group conversation and "Developers" work on your app, but I had to beg them to make any changes. The layout is messy for the app. Do not even bother wasting your time or money with these people. I wasted so much energy into trying to get them to fix the app for me. They even asked me to pay $200 outside of Shopify through paypal in order to fix the app the way I wanted it. So terrible. I hope they get removed from Shopify.

The App looks good. I launched about a week ago. Customers are writing me left and right that the app keeps crashing on them on Iphone and Ipad. Not getting any support. I paid them for one year. Nobody is around to respond to me while I'm awake. I get a whatsapp message at 3 AM when I can't respond because well, I need to sleep at some point. I reached out to them with a push notification issue letting them know that they weren't working for everyone and they tested one and it worked for them so they told me it was fine. It definitely was not fine. I get about 1 out of 5 I send.

I am sorry to leave a negative review but after 90 days going back and forth with the Arid's Team and paying them 180 USD for simple customization and received an App that Crashing Continuously and Look Horrible, with distorted pictures, and refuse to refund my 180 $, must open Case on PayPal to get my money back, we are not happy waist of money and time for us. www.eugfashion.com is our Store

Very bad experience. Not sure where all these positive reviews came from. The developers are very slow in responding. They cannot integrate Facebook SDK with events and ask for admin password of your FB account. Serious number of bugs, sorting issues in products, absolutely ZERO testing before they publish the app. Lost money because of their inefficiency. Only 1 basic buggy layout. Any design changes, they will ask for money. If you are serious about your business and brand, stay away!

Avoid this app they say $20 but it soon adds up first off its $20 for apple or google then its $40 if you want both also when you set up a developer account its $25 for google then $99 for apple very bad set up instructions what leave you guessing what to do next you ask the guy on the chat and he just sends links with no description.....wasted a lot of my time! AVOID!

At first the support seems extremely helpful, however after biting the bullet you are met with charges which aren't approved, for double the amount that you thought, and you are ignored when asking for updates. On top of that, you never get the app and then are told that you never provided them with developer accounts. When asking for a refund the topic gets ignored and they continue to argue. Stay away, if you value your time, sanity and business confidentiality.

STAY AWAY at all costs. I will explain why we decided to remove this app and still got charged for it. - App is not as friendly as they advertise - Any changes you do must be done by them which means they have to update your iTunes connect most things don't sync - Apple pay is not there. Even when they added it Apple pay doesn't work - Customer service is pure GARBAGE. Takes weeks for them to respond and then blame your email server for not receiving them - If you have more than 8 collections they won't all show - Search bar is not smooth and doesnt preview products. You have to actually search for it - Cancelled the app and still charged us $20 and refused to refund it. Pure theifs - All of them located in India. No real James you deal with Do your proper research before you get ripped off like us.

Can't even see what your stores app would look like without paying 20-40 dollars. They say you can test it but it's just their test store nothing to do with your own.
