After an intensive evaluation of the options, we decided to choose Magenative App Builder to transition our app. Among the main reasons we chose Magenative: - Magenative is a consistent provider inside Shopify ecosystem, they have a strong record of other services provided for Shopify users. (Our previous provider was not updated to shopify requirements and was eventually withdrawn from the app store, thus ending our app functionality) - Magenative top tier plan costs approximately 50% less than the other good providers on shopify app store. Since we are a store based in Brazil, the exchange rates really force us to be price oriented - Magenative support is incredible. Once you install the app the support team reaches out to you on Whatsapp and communication flows wonderfully despite the different time zones - Working with Magenative support team we were able to apply specific changes to our app layout and functionality and the team was very opened to hear from us and apply all possible changes - We have ownership over our app. Once Magenative finishes development, they hand over to you the access to both Apple store and Google developer accounts - the app configuration tool on the dashboard is very easy and you can make changes to your app layout easier than making changes to your website. Also, those changes take effect almost immediately I am making this review after launching our app fully functional nearly a month ago and everything looks very consistent. We strongly recommend Magenative app builder specially to international clients outside the USA/North America, which is our case.

The app itself is great and easy to use but the real stars are the support team at MageNative. They are quick to action any updates and have been great at guiding us on this App-journey.

I had a specific vision I was after for my app and Magenative connected me with their entire development team to tweak fine details step by step. Great App!. Previously we were working with "Vajro - mobile app builder". Their customer support is very very bad and also Now there pricing is around 500$. Then I found Magenative. These guys are Very very nice. They helped me in alot of ways. App is affordable too. Keep Going.

We have used this app to build an application for our store in Android and IOS. The team is very much active and responsive. Development fixes or custom requirements are being fulfilled in no time. The new portal has really helped us build a proper application.

Well honestly, It was a long way to come here and after it developed perfectly. We are going smoothly with our sales and things. Team is very responsive, understand things properly and did there best to provide all facilities. Sometimes we had a harsh talk but they solved the problems perfectly and now we are getting good sales from app now.
