Magical Fee Surcharge + Tariff

Fairly simple app to set up and use. We are currently using it to display eco fee messaging for our France market and to apply the correct eco fees to individual products for compliance. Stephen from the Magical Apps team also helped us get the messaging displaying correctly on our storefront with our custom theme. He was super helpful and responsive when we needed support. Great app and great customer service.

We use Magical Fees in Ireland for the Re-turn plastic bottles or can deposit fees. Depending on the size of the product fees can start at 0.15. Magical Fees does an excellent job of adding the fees to the order as a separate line so there is no confusion with the client and their product orders. Its also a great was for us to audit and send these fees into Re-turn. Totally recommend - easy set up, clear labeling, options to add own text and imagery.

App works very well and I needed some help setting up some discounts after the fee calculations and Jeff from the support team was awesome and helped me beyond just the Magical Fees app! It was one of the best Shopify App support experiences :)

Very helpful as we sell large equipment that needs additional handling fees on top of traditional shipping rates. The support is great as well!

Does not do what it says, messed up my store, half my store stopped working. deleted and instantly store worked correctly again I Stand Corrected !!! the team here contacted me, worked with me, and fixed all the issues and made everything work. there are some styles about it i wish were different, but over it works well now. Team, Kyle and Jeff took care of me. thank you guys for being understanding and taking care of me.

We use Magical Fees to apply commission fees to specific payment methods, and it works perfectly. The app is reliable, flexible, and exactly what we needed for our Shopify store. This app works perfectly and has been of enormous help, I needed some assistance and Stephen helped out right away. While I was setting things up, Magical Fees introduced a new feature to apply fees based on Shopify markets, which helped solving the case I was trying to handle. Really happy with both the product and the service.

I'm using the app to charge an extra packaging fee (for refrigerated products) and it does exactly what I expect it to do. When I got stuck, customer support replied to my email almost instantly and helped me finishing setting it up. Highly recommended!

Amazing app for automatic fees. We could not find a good app for POS fees. This one does it all! Easy to use, great interface for us and customers. I needed one change and couldn't figure it out - customer service was fast and amazing - made it all work for me in a matter of minutes. Highly suggest for anyone looking for a fee app! We need unique fees per province in Canada and it even handles that :)

It does what is described, there are some limitations but thats a shopify thing and not theirs. They are fairly quick to respond and explain what they can and cannot do which is greatly appreciated when Shopify support has fell so far.

Stephen and his team did a wonderful job assisting us with automatic fees for Shopify POS. The app works exactly as expected and is very reliable. So if you need an app for adding either manual or automatic fees on POS, this is the best one.

I was recommended to try this app, I installed it but had difficulties getting it to embed on my site. Reached out to support and got help within minutes, they connected via collaborator log in, and had it doing what i wanted quickly. Very pleased.

The app is great but the support is amazing. We've had issues here and there but they are quick to look into it and make fixes when necessary. We use the app to apply fees for select products that ship to a specific state, so it's highly customizable.
