I had an excellent experience! The support was outstanding — fast, professional, and incredibly helpful. Everything was fixed quickly, and communication was clear and friendly throughout. Highly recommended!

This app DOES NOT WORK!!! Have spent countless hours and lost sooooo much revenue due to glitches and waiting for the support team overseas to actually get back to me, they acknowledged the ongoing issues and supposedly gave me 2 months credit for the subscription but I have continued to be charged at regular intervals for an app that doesn't even work!!! DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY

The level of customer support is incredible. Shortly after downloading the app, I received a personal email sharing appreciation and offering assistance. After setting up my fees, I kept having trouble and could not figure out what I had done incorrectly. I submitted an email for help and got a response almost immediately. We went back and forth, and he was incredibly patient with my gazillion questions. Now I'm up and running with zero hiccups. Highly recommend this app!

You have to get the growth plan in order for it to work. When you are adding transaction fees the customer gets to delete them. When the customer adds more items the transaction fees do not get updated accordingly.

So far, just one word: AMAZING!! What a great customer support, and the app is, well, just an A+! Definitely download and install this app. You won't regret it at all. If only all the apps were this fantastic.

Just want to say how happy I am with this app. Jeff has been wonderful in helping me get it set up. It took only one e-mail to support to fix what I messed up. Love the short and to the point support videos as well. There are other apps like this, however Magical apps is staying up to date with the constant changes and requirements in order to keep my store in compliance with the ever changing legalities of charging processing fees. I can't recommend this app enough!

This app was just what we needed, a way to bulk add a percentage fee to specific collections. Set up was provided in both video and text formats and were super easy to follow. I used the chat option to work around some customization we had in place and was taken care of by a human very quickly. I installed the app at 1:49 and was completely done by 3:15 and I stepped away from my desk a few times

Was able to implement tariff fees easily and cleanly. Provides full transparency on product and cart pages. Had a question during setup and support answered quickly.
