A great app for extra charges (in my case extra fees for cooled shipping). If the settings are not clear after installation, the support team will help you out in no time. They are always there, listen to your specific needs, make changes in the app if necessary - all in all: a very efficient and very helpful support for a great app!

Very responsive team and support. Unfortunately, the app was not a fit for our needs, however, the support was very transparent and worked with us to understand our needs.

It works great, and if it acts weird, they've fixed it for me immediately. Please note the fee products will show up in the main category so you should redirect your "continue shopping" button, but again, they will help you do that. We are very successfully using this Online and POS.

Needed to add a state excise tax for specific products sold online and in store via POS. Magic Fees allows me to do this at a nominal monthly fee in comparison to upgrading Shopify plan, paying a developer, or using a tax app that gives more than I need at a higher monthly rate. Struggled a bit with a detail in setup but John and Stephen with their support team had me fixed up and running almost immediately after reaching out. Very happy with service and support to date!

We've used this app since 2022 and it has been great until recently. The new update requires updates to permission. They previously only required access to two things: view the theme and edit products. Now they want permission to view all customer information i.e. name, email address, phone number, physical address, geolocation, IP address, browser and operating system, edit products, edit orders, edit store functions, and view location data. When we reached out to the app owners to find an alternative solution (as we are not comfortable giving access or permission to all of that information) the response was there is no alternative.

Wir nutzen die App seit mehreren Monaten, komplett ohne Probleme. Sehr individuell anpassbar, sollte für fast alle Nutzer passend sein. Durch einen durch uns verursachten Fehler hat die App nicht mehr funktioniert. Der Support hat innerhalb 24 Stunden geantwortet, sich auf unseren Account geschaltet und das Problem behoben. 100% Empfehlung

The support from this app is excellent. They were always quick to respond and offer a solution. The only thing stopping us from using this app is the fact that it doesn't have the ability to add these fees to draft orders (yet?). This is the main reason we're looking for a product fee app, so if this ever becomes possible with Magical we will be back!

nobody respond for a week.. and the location fee setting sometime will disappear.

Great App and great support! We had some problems at the beginning but now it is the only app which provides all the functions we need, like fees just per cart or per article.
