Great app. I had a question about taxes and I received a quick response. Good stuff!

Ik ben zeer tevreden met de service die ik heb ontvangen. De responstijd was ongelooflijk snel en het probleem werd effectief opgelost. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die een betrouwbare en efficiënte app zoekt!
We've used this app since 2022 and it has been great until recently. The new update requires updates to permission. They previously only required access to two things: view the theme and edit products. Now they want permission to view all customer information i.e. name, email address, phone number, physical address, geolocation, IP address, browser and operating system, edit products, edit orders, edit store functions, and view location data. When we reached out to the app owners to find an alternative solution (as we are not comfortable giving access or permission to all of that information) the response was there is no alternative.
App works how I need it to. Great tech support as well!
The app functions well. Even if there were few minor issues, the support team was always willing to help. Nice app and nice team. Recommend.
Wir nutzen die App seit mehreren Monaten, komplett ohne Probleme. Sehr individuell anpassbar, sollte für fast alle Nutzer passend sein. Durch einen durch uns verursachten Fehler hat die App nicht mehr funktioniert. Der Support hat innerhalb 24 Stunden geantwortet, sich auf unseren Account geschaltet und das Problem behoben. 100% Empfehlung
The support from this app is excellent. They were always quick to respond and offer a solution. The only thing stopping us from using this app is the fact that it doesn't have the ability to add these fees to draft orders (yet?). This is the main reason we're looking for a product fee app, so if this ever becomes possible with Magical we will be back!
App works as intended to add Keg and case deposits to our Wholesale site. Dev Support was quick! Very helpful!

nobody respond for a week.. and the location fee setting sometime will disappear.

Great App and great support! We had some problems at the beginning but now it is the only app which provides all the functions we need, like fees just per cart or per article.
Perfect, funktioniert alles super. Bei Problemen ist der Support innerhalb von 1-2 Tagen dran. Sie haben mir bei der Einrichtung geholfen und bei Themeupdates alles angepasst.
The app is useful for adding custom fees, but we’ve noticed the fees don’t always appear at checkout. It would also be great if we could rearrange the fees to show below the product in the order summary. These issues are impacting our checkout experience. Hoping for a fix soon!

Funktioniert. Und was nicht funktioniert wird durch kostenlosen aber super guten und extrem schnellen Service passend gemacht und genau passend angepasst. Kann ich auch nach 6 Monaten der Nutzung nur bestätigen.
Best thing about this app is the timely and helpful customer service. Both times I have had a question, the support team has answered it and/or fixed my concern quickly and with good explanation. The app itself works well and is easy to customize.
Amazing support. Instant response times and fixed my small issues immediately. Ireland introduced its Re-Turn scheme for cans and plastic drink bottles in February. I set this app up within an hour and was able to charge the deposit fees on in-scope cans and bottles from day 1. Perfect solution for any recycling can or deposit scheme in any country. Works perfect for us here in Ireland. Highly recommended!!
Whereas another Shopify app store left us eating dust for a couple days waiting for promised and paid help while a deadline loomed, these guys jumped in right away and helped me get what we needed. Beware of the false support promises of others and please note when a company like this proves they will be responsive and go the distance to make sure their app works with your store. These few need to be rewarded with orders and are worthy of trust. Shame on the others we wasted days with waiting for replies and promised help.
