Trying it out for the first time. It was easy and will be useful, do not know how the support and how reliable it is.

Just set up a newsletter pop up and so far the process has been simple and intuitive.

I contacted MailMunch by email yesterday, but haven't heard anything yet. Intermittent problem, when opt-in is on subscriber doesn't always receive a confirmation email. And, I haven't figured out how to merge with MailChimp lists. Hopefully all those questions will be answered. It is very easy to create the subscription pop-ups, so hopefully once these issues are taken care of it will work great.

Very easy to setup and great instructions. Just started using it so we will see how many visitors sign up with my little bribe. So far zero complaints.
