MailChimp has been great for me and my small store. You can actually get a lot of features using their free app. I have no complaints about the MailChimp app. I recommend this app for anyone who has a store, small or large it is so super easy to use.

So far, so good. I have been using the MailMunch App for about a month and have only had a handful of orders, but they each have signed up for my Newsletter, thanks to the subtle bulletin that pops-up on my page and not like a spam pop up. There could be a little more customization for beauty's sake, but thats a non-issue, being that it is free and doing its job. 5 Stars from me!

It's very clean and neat. I got subscribers on my website and it's not even that large. Hopefully more features are added soon.

I am new to this app and use it to keep track of and contact my subscribers. It seems very easy to navigate and use. I think it will be my "right hand" in email application and sending. I have not used it enough to really give an opinion on what could be improved or made easier, so I will need to give this a bit of time to evaluate. But right now ... 5 stars!

App works well. Already adding people to my mailing list. Wish I could use CSS to style it on the free plan though. Not willing to go to the top tier plan just for that feature. I feel like this conversion will be lower but I can't justify the cost since I don't really need any of the other features in the top plan. I'm still giving 5 stars though since it technically does what I need it to, was easy to setup and I haven't run into any issues so far.

The process of setup was easy. I look forward to putting it to work for our site. I have been told by many that it is a must when operating an ecommerce store.

So far I find this app much easier to use than other apps of this type. No problems so far. Very glad I downloaded.

Great App, really helped boosting my subscribers and marketing. Very easy to install and edit forms. No need to understand alot of programming.

Doesn't sync subscribers with MailChimp - even I follow all instructions on troubleshooting from the website. Customer Support is not responsive.

It's quick to set up some basic forms and landing page, but when I found some integration and other issues and tried to find support, no reply at all. Disappointed at the poor support service

I got the app to send out a mass message about our pork rind business to former customers. The templates were easy to use an I needed help converting a csv file I got online and as able to get chat support help via facebook which was amazing. I do not recommend the emailing back and forth it is time consuming and work will never get done. Wish they had an in app chat feature. But the customer service was on point and the email did what it was suppose to make $$ for us.
