I have started using Marsello and I would like to say that Rocelle Treymane's willingness to help - even though our questions may not always have answers - is truly remarkable. She has always addressed our queries and is extremely knowledgeable. I am so glad we chose Marsello. Besides being a winning product, Marsello backs it up with customer service support and this is so important especially for our line of business.

Marsello's service is amazing in particular Rohelle Treymane, she is so efficient and helpful with outstanding follow up emails. Her service couldn't be better! Everyone is very helpful, product is great and they actually develop many of our suggestions! Keep it up!

One of the best email / sms we are using. We love how this includes campaign, and loyalty + reward. All in one ! We also find the analytics are useful.

J'utilise Marsello depuis plusieurs années déjà! J'adore tous les ajouts de nouvelles fonctionnalités, les sessions d'information personnalisées, l'écoute des commentaires. Vraiment de multiples possibilités de marketing pour tout faire à l'interne.

Great support and always respond back to questions Love this platform, has a very easy to use user interface making creating campaigns super quick and easy. Not to mention there's also a loyalty points program! Everyone on the team is amazing and super helpful with providing me with tips to help me maximize my use out of the app and maximize sales through Marsello. Absolutely love this app. Hard to change to something else once you've started since it's so great!
