UPDATE: the team got to work and added this feature so now rewards are not issued until paid AND fulfilled (as was our preference). thanks! has great potential and the team is responsive, but basic items you would think would be built in are not. If you care about fraud, be cautious. customers can place an order, immediately cancel, get their coupon and place the discount order they wanted. If you sell any "premium" product or care about profitability let them know. This is an easy fix (don't reward points until the order has fulfilled/shipped) to prevent fraud.

So easy to use and setting it up was really simple. I love how it brings people back to my store, and I'm so happy I don't have to keep track of anything manually anymore. I have had messages from other store owners asking how I set up my rewards program. I've recommended it to everyone :) THANK YOU!!!!

Installs easily, simple to customise and seems to work well. We have had a good response so far. This loyalty app is also the most fairly priced and best value for money out of the ones we have tried. All good! www.lansdowncountry.co.uk

Just switching from another loyalty program and receiving amazing customer service and support gives them 5 stars for me! Still playing around with it but so far so good :)

We transferred our account over from their other loyalty app, and the team was super helpful! They took care of porting over all our existing customers and their points and walked us through how to set up the new program. It was seamless. There was a bit of a difference in the structure of the loyalty program, but I prefer this one to the old one and it is MUCH prettier and more on brand for us. We love the customization options!
