After entering all the information, the badge lasted a week or two before it stopped showing. It was a leader to get you to upgrade plan…
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. With our free plan, the floating trustmark is displayed for up to 500 website visits each month. Once that limit is reached, the badge temporarily stops showing but will automatically resume displaying at the start of the next month. Still not seeing the trusted badge after a week. I have sent in all information over a week ago.

Excellent tool for building trust Since we installed TrustedSite in our North Dream store, we've noticed increased trust from visitors. The security badge is professional, easy to implement, and gives our site more credibility. Setup was very simple, even for someone without technical experience. Support is fast and very friendly. Definitely an essential app for any new store that wants to appear serious and trustworthy!

Startup online jewellery business; early days. For minimal effort I have that little green logo "Trusted Site" with a link through to my verified business certificate, certainly expresses confidence.
