Startup online jewellery business; early days. For minimal effort I have that little green logo "Trusted Site" with a link through to my verified business certificate, certainly expresses confidence.

I added a trust badge to my website, thinking it would help build customer confidence, which it did. However, I was surprised to be charged $348 after only a week, despite having just 130 visitors. For small businesses with lower traffic, the cost feels way too high for the value. While the feature itself is useful, the pricing doesn't seem fair for smaller sites. Thankfully, they refunded my money after I reached out and explained there was a mistake in how I set it up.

Overall the app has been ok but recently when I asked the TS team to disable the banner after I hit my monthly limit the banners started to disapper prematurely before i've hit my limits. I asked TS support to help so they just manually enabled my banners but haven't explained why the banners disappeared and how to prevent the issue. For now I have to keep monitoring my site weekly if the banner has disappeared. I hope TS can do a deep dive and actually address the root cause because this has happened before as well.

I didn't know how to add the codes to my Shopify store. So I reached out and I can honestly say their customer service is Amazing. I ended up working with their Representative Kekoa. Absolutely amazing customer service!! If anyone's lucky enough to have their enquiry served by this person, they'll have a great experience guaranteed.

Too expensive and their free plan is a scam. You reach the maximum number of hits after a few days and then the badge won’t show anymore.
