Still not seeing the trusted badge after a week. I have sent in all information over a week ago.

Excellent tool for building trust Since we installed TrustedSite in our North Dream store, we've noticed increased trust from visitors. The security badge is professional, easy to implement, and gives our site more credibility. Setup was very simple, even for someone without technical experience. Support is fast and very friendly. Definitely an essential app for any new store that wants to appear serious and trustworthy!

This was a fantastic option for my site to utilize. I've had nothing but positive experiences here and plan on continuing to work with Trusted site for the foreseeable future.

I added a trust badge to my website, thinking it would help build customer confidence, which it did. However, I was surprised to be charged $348 after only a week, despite having just 130 visitors. For small businesses with lower traffic, the cost feels way too high for the value. While the feature itself is useful, the pricing doesn't seem fair for smaller sites. Thankfully, they refunded my money after I reached out and explained there was a mistake in how I set it up.

Overall the app has been ok but recently when I asked the TS team to disable the banner after I hit my monthly limit the banners started to disapper prematurely before i've hit my limits. I asked TS support to help so they just manually enabled my banners but haven't explained why the banners disappeared and how to prevent the issue. For now I have to keep monitoring my site weekly if the banner has disappeared. I hope TS can do a deep dive and actually address the root cause because this has happened before as well.

Customer support is great, Kekoa helped me get the trusted badge pasted on numerous pages of my website. Very friendly and helpful, everything was completed extremely fast. Thank you Kekoa for helping make sure I had the Trust Badge everywhere I possibly could.

I didn't know how to add the codes to my Shopify store. So I reached out and I can honestly say their customer service is Amazing. I ended up working with their Representative Kekoa.
