MESA: Workflow Automation

I'm a non-coder, and the app was a little confusing to me... definitely a learning curve and I expect I will get more comfortable with it. When I ran into issues though, customer service was on point. Thanks Daniel!

This app is absolutely fantastic. We have many products with color options and Shopify was unable to create enough variants for the options we offer. We use Infinite Options to solve this problem then integrate Mesa to help export all orders with these options to a Google Sheet in order to track production of these custom color pieces of gear. The customer service deserves special recognition as they have helped me build flows from start, taught me a lot about how to build them myself and then are happy to troubleshoot and refine the flow that I built out myself. I can't recommend this app enough if you want to get a better handle on your data from Shopify.

Really robust set of triggers and actions that we couldn't find anywhere else. Plus their support staff is super helpful in getting things set up!

I really like this app. It helps us track the fulfillment of our store orders. Their customer support is a big PLUS coz they respond fast and accurately with any inquiries or help needed.

This application saved significant development time. There are other services/apps that allow similar automation, but what separates MESA is ShopPads customer service. With other larger companies, you sometimes wait a week for technical help. ShopPad responds quickly and can even address complicated code questions if you decide to write custom code for their automation framework.

Super helpful and friendly team, responsive and quick with understanding the problem. I can highly recommend, also on the "Basic" plan.

If you're looking for responsive customer help, Mesa is the way to go. They always make sure that my concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. I'm very happy with the level of service I've received from them. Definitely give them a 5-star rating!

Thank you MESA! I needed an inventory adjustment flow and auto meta field tagging flow. I have tried Mechanic, Arigato, and Shopify Flow Some didn't work and some we couldn't figure it out. MESA customer service was so helpful they set up the automation we needed for free in a couple of days. I have been on Shopify since 2018 and you can rarely see this good service. Very satisfied. Good APP to automate any kind of flow. Very rich in features. Amazing Support by Jordin S. Highly recommend Mesa for any simple/complex automated workflow. Drawback: Shopify Orders Flow FAIL without "Mesa Delay" step and minimum supported delay is of 1 hour. Every Shopify order flow is executed after 1 hour.

This app does exactly what I needed it to do! I wanted to add a custom box with our logo to the order based on the total weight of the order and it works perfectly in tests. Furthermore, I was offered help to configure the workflows and Daniel from the support team was excellent in providing me the help that I needed. Thank you MESA!

Mesa was able to automate the majority of the tasks we needed. Their support team has been great and they're helped to setup a number of Flows for us quickly. We looked into Mechanic but would have spent $$$ on developer custom code. Mesa provides much better value for money. With Mesa you pay a very reasonable fee to save hours of precious time doing tedious tasks.

Infinite Options allowed me to ask all the right questions... but MESA has placed all those answers at my fingertips allowing me to use my data without continually having to open Shopify orders. MESAs customer service team has assisted me frequently and rapidly as I learned more of MESAs capabilities. Finally I'm getting all my customers answers in a format I can use! - Randy

Great app and even better support! It saved us a lot of time and enabled us to connect the pieces that would otherwise require hiring a developer and integrating through API.

Our entire workflow is dependent on Mesa pushing order details to Airtable. Whenever I've had an issue, Jordin on their support team has saved the day. If the app is 5 stars, I'll give their support team 6 stars.

MESA is super helpful in automatically updating the order statuses. Saves a lot of time so you focus on different tasks of your business.
