Set up workflows to offer loyalty gifting to subscription customers via recharge. Was having trouble setting it up, and their expert support got on a zoom with me to troubleshoot live, and ended up redoing the work I’d done incorrectly. Would give 10 stars if possible.
I used this app to better automate my meal prep business as we grow. I am also not the most tech savvy person, lol. I reached out to the support to help walk me through the steps and Jordin was amazing! They helped me create 2 workflows that has already saved me hours in admin work. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to scale their business. Automation truly is key in that process. Jordin thank you again, you were awesome :)

Mesa is a great solution for us to be able to create specific logic and add marketing collateral to our customer orders. The customer service is fast, efficient, and very detail oriented!
This is the app I’ve been dreaming of for my store! I had to reach out a few times during initial set up and customer service is top notch! All of my questions were not only answered quickly but all were followed up on as well to make sure operation was smooth. I highly recommend!

Mesa is essentially the Zapier of Shopify. We use it to connect with the Infinite Options app to take form entry data into a Google Sheet. We're hoping it integrates with ConvertKit soon to tag customers into email sequences. The only thing I would hope for (that I know they are working on) is that it's a bit tricky to get every custom form data into individual cells onto a Google sheet. That being said, the customer service team is awesome and helped us set that up, free of charge. Great folks, great product!

Mesa has a huge potential. It might be will take some time to tweak but it will automate a lot of routine tasks. Looking forward to use it more.
Mesa is the 3rd automation app we have tried for our store, and we'll be sticking with it: the team is responsive, the functionality is pretty comprehensive, and it is making a huge difference for our business. With this app, we have some workflow and automation functionality we would need to go to a Shopify Plus $2000/month subscription to have otherwise.
We purchased this app to bridge the gap between our small Shopify store and our large (traditionally B2B) Salesforce instance with the goal of making the store revenue visible in Salesforce for leadership without having the manually retrieve a report for them. We had a PHENOMENAL experience with the assistance of Matt, who tirelessly helped us adjust several of the Mesa templates to meet our needs. The only suggestion I would have would be to make the Shopify to Salesforce templates a little more "out-of-the-box". As an example, when adding Product and Pricebook entries, you would typically need to create at least two price book entries (Standard Price, then whichever additional entries were needed). We ended up just needing to add an additional price book entry creation step to achieve this. Highly recommend!

This app is a must for anyone wanting to automate using outside programs. It's like magic. Also, the customer service has been top notch. I've always had a dev available when needed and gotten a resolution fast! Thanks ShopPad!

Easy to set up flows and if you don't know exactly how their customer service is unbelievable. They reply within minutes and provide real solutions. 5-Star App for sure!
I have this app linked up with Tracktorpad to provide a first class tracking solution for my customers. We have added some additional custom statuses using the API available - Matt was fantastic in helping us set this up and I have no doubt it will massively drive down the number of queries we receive going forward given the functionality it adds to our site!
MESA is a powerful app that can do A LOT OF THINGS. What sets the app apart is the level of service we received from their team. Instead of just firing support docs, Matt takes the time to understand what I am trying to do and then show me the right way to do it in the app. Highly recommend it if you're trying to automate systems/processes in your store.
