MESA is a powerful app that can do A LOT OF THINGS. What sets the app apart is the level of service we received from their team. Instead of just firing support docs, Matt takes the time to understand what I am trying to do and then show me the right way to do it in the app. Highly recommend it if you're trying to automate systems/processes in your store.

This app solves our exact need- proactively notifying customers about shipping delays & performing shipping charge refunds when necessary. Moreover, can't say enough great things about team mesa/shoppad! They respond often within the hour and take real time to explain the ins and outs. Never worked with a better support team! 6 stars

I can't say enough good about Mesa and their support staff in helping us get up and running with some super-efficient workflows to help us streamline and automate processes.

I have to admit, Mesa exceeded our expectations. In the masses of really useless apps with horrible support in the Shopify App-Store, this one here along with it's Team really stands out. The triggers are not that easy to setup for a beginner, but the Team is very quick to react and does the job for you, as long as you describe properly what you need. This is 5-Stars in all aspects!

Needed something unique and technical done that was actually super necessary for my business and Matt from mesa was able to assist immediately. I was up and running within minutes.

Mesa helps us a lot with back-end automation. Everything works perfectly and stable. Got the prompt response from the support team to customize my automation. Highly recommended.

Need to make a thing do another thing? That's about as broad of a description as you need to work with MESA. I must say that my experience is something that I never expected. After reaching out to MESA to ask if a certain automation was possible, I was quickly given the golden ticket to solve one of my processes that takes us A LOT OF TIME. They even offered to build it for me, and at a ridiculously low price. To make it even better, it took only days to produce. I think more time was spent waiting for me to respond to emails than they spent working. That was refreshing. I'm excited for every future possibility we have using MESA. I haven't even figured out what all of the possibilities are yet, but I'm pretty sure they can do it.
