The support team behind Meteor Menu went above and beyond to implement ADA compliance changes to the menu on a super short timeline. Our menu is now compliant thanks to them!

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the technical support. I was treated like someone who was bothering them rather than a customer needing assistance. Instead of receiving real help, I was told to speak with AI regarding Meteor Mega Menu. I expected professional service, understanding of the issue, and a practical solution. It was a very disappointing experience. It is also difficult to speak of professionalism when their emails end up in the spam folder.

Our US-based support team followed up as soon as we were back in the office this morning and are awaiting your response 🫡 We understand that working across different time zones can be frustrating when you need timely support, and we’re sorry we weren’t able to assist you outside of our business hours.
