I just installed this app yesterday. I had issues with my website and the app, not the app's fault, totally mine. I contacted support and almost immediatley Brett reached out to me. He fix my site and made the adjustments needed to make sure the app worked correctly for me. Brett was absolutley wonderful, can't ask for better support than I recieved with this company. When we first installed Meteor Mega Menu we were thrilled as a new Shopify store with the ease of use to create a much more user friendly interface. To top it off, Meteor Mega Menu offers a selection of options so you can nitpick it until it suits your needs. To top that off, we've had nothing but perfect Customer Service. Quick replies. Accommodating. They always seem to be available to assist from the smallest user error questions to function changes to improve our website even further.

It's disappointing to encounter a situation where you're advised to use custom CSS to address an issue, only to discover that it's a paid feature.
Sorry to hear that you experienced some problems with the app. We understand your frustration and apologize for the poor way we communicated the free plan's limitations. For any of our plans, including the free plan, you can still add custom CSS directly to your theme, just not with the app's built in editor. If you'd like to give us another chance, our support team would be glad to take a look too see if we can help with any issues or bugs you run into. I am building my online store and in this application I found exactly the mega menu that can display images as I had imagined. Also, you can add small gifs in the menu to make it more alive as usual. Initially the mega menu did not work on my theme, I contacted customer service and they solved the problem in about 1 hour with kindness and patience. You will definitely notice the difference once installed and configured well with your theme! Thank you very much!

Don't use. There's just some big weird line that goes across the bottom of the menu that looks horrible on my site. Secondly, it's just really buggy. Every time someone goes to a new page the menu glitches back to my original themes menu and it just looks awful. Wouldn't recommend at all, and for $8 a month they lack templates.

It does look like you are currently on the Meteor free plan, so you only have access to 2 of our 9 templates. If there is something specific that our current templates do not support, we always appreciate the feedback so we can continue improving.

Please add Menu Media refresh option. So Changed information on Shopify applies to the Meteor Mega Menu. Been struggling the past 12 hours. Please add thet add that function. Thanks
Hello, sorry to hear that you spent so much time struggling with this! 😞 Unfortunately, we are unable to sync changes from your store’s navigation to our app because Shopify doesn’t provide a way for developers to accomplish this (a navigation API). Looks like our support team has already been in touch to help you get this solved. However, instead of syncing changes from Shopify, we provide a menu editor directly in the app for you to manage and update the content of the app’s menus. PS: Our normal business hours of 8am - 4pm PT Monday - Friday.

Great App and the response to solving an issue I had was first class. The issue wasn't their fault too, it was an issue with the template I was using and they solved it anyway! Very impressed with the service and App. Easy to use, works well and isn't expensive for what extra visual impact it provides. Thanks guys.

I'm new to the Shopify platform, and when I had questions about setting this up, Brett from Helium responded at almost 7 pm and helped me get things up and running properly. The app works nicely and the customer service is great! Thank you again Brett

I enjoy the ease of using this app. I did have an issue where I had made changes to the navigation menu on the Shopify side after I already had made the Meteor menu. I could not re-import from Shopify, so I had to delete all of the menus and the import the same way as the first time setting up the app. Josiah from Meteor was extremely helpful in pointing this out. Looks like they may work on some integration upgrades in the future.

Great app and excellent customer service! Easy to set up and customer service replied immediately with help to get us unstuck when we had an issue. Our menus look 100% better and we're very happy with the app.

The app itself seems to be nicely working with Dawn theme. However, we cannot afford the 8 USD / Month Pro plan at the moment since we are a startup. Thus, unfortunately, we have to deinstall the app again.
Hi Niklas 👋 Looks like you still have 6 days left in your free trial, so you can still uninstall the app without incurring a charge. Alternatively, feel free to use the free templates, and upgrade to the $8 tier when you can afford it. If you do, I hope your $8 investment pays off quickly as it does for many thousands of our other Shopify Merchants. Good luck! 😊
