Kyle and Michael are rockstars! Needed help getting things right with the menus and they went all in and got it fixed up nicely! This is an amazing menu, we show images with ours, great value for the $$. Highly recommend!

best menu app out there and incredible service. the menu wasn't showing right on mobile and after emailing them they went into the theme of my site and fixed it right away!!

Very Good Customer Service, Thanks to Kyle, Customizable APP, you leave your queries to the developer they will provide a good assistant and suggestions, what will be good for your website.

I'm not really a person for leaving reviews, but Kyle and his team went out of their way to make sure this app worked with my heavily custom theme. Customer service and the app are both second to none!

This is the only mega menu app on Shopify that could do what we needed it to do. I had tested the other mega-menu apps, and they're customer support doesn't compare to Meteor, and I'm having much better luck with this app than the other ones. If I'm confused about how something works, or if I need a special customization, their support team is quick to help.

Tried a few other mega menu apps and this one has been the best for us. Really intuitive UI and some great menu templates to choose from.

Aside from the app doing what I hoped and needed it to, the customer service is outstanding! I am technologically challenged in a big way and Kyle was right there - 3 times(!) to help me with the same issue. He even offered to help me with something completely unrelated to mega-menus. :-)

I use this app to fix my menus on my website and whenever I reach out to Kyle he is always the biggest help and gets back to me within a timely manner.

Meteor Mega Menus is by far the best menu app I've ever used on Shopify. Especially with the latest release of TWO (yes TWO!) new template layouts to choose from. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Kyle and Chelsea from support are second to none - I can't recommend them enough. Great app

We have a huge number of categories in our menu. This app handles them wonderfully and the staff are super helpful!

A tremendous product from a company that offers unparalleled support. We've seen increased conversions due to the improvement in navigation. Helium is doing it right!

Problematical. Didnt show clean. Support was there but insufficient, they showed me how to change font sizes in code but, nothing changed. Other problems also. Not recommended. Sorry guys.

Now that we’re able to respond to app reviews we wanted to take this opportunity to follow up :) We've made significant improvements to our app over the past couple of months, including some new settings for font sizes (no code needed!). You can also preview your mega menu changes before publishing them to the live theme. We hope to see you back again soon!

This app helped us to navigate more easily in our website. Just what we needed in a drop menu. It's algo very easy to update the menus.

The menu's work great. Chelsea helped alot on chat to ensure that we were satisfied with our menu's functionality. She edited our CSS and made the menu's functionality even better based on our theme. Thanks Chelsea!

Didn't work with my theme. I only got automated emails back when I submitted feedback. Some of Meteor menu codes are still there preventing me from installing another menu app. I don't know how to get rid of these codes and can't find help from the developer
We've made many improvements since 2018. There is a button within the app to remove all code that is installed with the app-- this is the best practice for Shopify app developers. We've also updated our email communication upon uninstall to make this as clear as possible to our merchants. Our average response time is now 1-2 hours during business hours (or the next business day if outside of business hours) when you use the live chat widget within the app. :)

I used this app to build a pretty large menu for our store of 1000+ products. Support. Functionality. Ease of use. All 5-star. Chelsea was absolutely flawless in her ability to simplify solutions and to patiently provide the right info without it being technically overwhelming. We've used another app prior. NO COMPARISON - at all, period.
