Great app. We have a strangely designed theme which is why meteor could not attach the menu (not their fault) but they made it work somehow anyway. Great customer service.

Meteor Drop down menu is by far the best drop down menu app for all your customized need. Chelsea was detailed in explaining how to setup the new app on our site and we are very grateful for her help. WE are a customer for life. Thank you Meteor for all your continued support.

The Custoemr Services team have helped my upgrade from the Mega Menu app. The service has been 100% and I am really pleased with the menus. The team had a small snag with one of the menus and it was not woking as a draft, but they soon fixed it ans withing 24 hours were were running. I am really chuffed.

Easy to use, easy to customize. GREAT customer support! Out of all of the apps available for building a mega menu for Shopify, this one is your best bet for design and usability.

I wanted drop down menus at several levels of my website and also wanted them to reflect my branded color scheme. Kyle at Meteor Mega Menus did everything for me with super speed and efficiency!! He installed the app, created the drop down menus brilliantly, and used the branded colors so that everything looked great. Due to Meteor Mega Menus, the product/page navigation and drop down menus function perfectly and look awesome.

Love this App and their support!!! We were able to do some really awesome things with their integration. Really easy to install and it was easy to personalize via CSS/HTML.

Incredibly easy to set up and provides some great options. Support is super quick to respond and is very helpful if you are looking to do something a little more custom. Definitely recommend. great features, low cost and a well made app.

Great service and support. I had the older version of bacon mega menu and was really never impressed by its usage. But I have to say the recent update and technical support has been amazing, now you have multiple options for your drop down on your website and you can even control some features of your mobile apps menu system too, which was a really nice touch. Its very responsive and looks much cleaner than the previous version, they even went in and re-set up my menu scheme for me so i did not have to redo everything, I highly recommend this app and this company!

I have now used Meteor Mega Menu's for some time now (Years) and I am so happy with the design ease of installation and use. From the client side a very user friendly menu. Great app to help us sort over 250,000 replacement parts for floor scrubber and floor sweeper machines. Brands like Tennant, Nobles, Clarke, Viper, Nilfisk Advance, Minuteman, NSS, Windsor, and several others.

Doesn't work with all themes. I specifically asked if it would work with my theme, gave them access to my store and everything. They said, yeah, totally! One week of designing the menu later, oh your theme is outdated and it doesn't work. Thanks.
Much has changed since 2017. 1) We can’t guarantee that Meteor Mega Menu works with all themes due to the nature of the Shopify ecosystem (especially if a theme is not current), but we've made several improvements to make the installation process as seamless as possible for any shop. 2) Our developers spend a considerable amount of time and effort to support virtually any theme on Shopify, but sometimes there simply isn’t a way to make them compatible. 3) Our support team has always (and will always) do everything we can to help get Meteor installed and working properly. If there are theme issues we cannot fix, we will gladly refund any payments we have received (although we should be able to determine this before your free trial ends)

This is a very good use of the app, if your theme caused by the menu problems, customer service staff is always very friendly to help solve the problem, do not worry about the use of the problem.

Their customer service cannot be bothered to answer numerous support tickets, I have never experienced such poor customer service.
I'm not sure what happened 8 years ago when you left this review, but I can assure you that our team is active and responsive to all support requests. Let us know if you'd like to give it another go. ❤️

I'm confident that this is currently the best mega menu app for Shopify out there. Most importantly, their customer support is super responsive and helpful. Hear me out and give it a try.
