The app is easy to install and customize. Customer service is superb, very responsive and handled by a knowledgeable representative. The app runs smoothly and is a great choice for menu design. Highly recommended.

Super easy to navigate! This is a great app when you need a lot of sub categories

Gros problème avec mon menu qui avait totalement disparu (par ma faute), heureusement Jakin m'a trouvé une solution et a pris le temps de résoudre mon problème. Merci pour sa patience et son professionnalisme. Je recommande l'application, les menus sont bien faits et facile d'utilisation. Met en valeur la page d'accueil du site

I've been dragging my feet for months in updating our menu. I've looked at a bunch of different apps, including installing multiple different ones and was always left wanting a simpler and better answer to getting a beautiful menu setup. Simply put this is the one app that you absolutely NEED if you want better menus. Shout out to Jakin for helping get some CSS in place to tweak it to perfection! Thank you for the fantastic app!

Useless! Not intuitive, not compatible with all shopify apps, shows the themes standars menu a few seconds befor it appears. To few functions overall.

I have problems when I see my page from a celphone, the menu doesn't load and I can only use the Shopify menu. Is there any way to fix it?
Sorry to hear that you experienced a problem with your menus! It does sound like you have already been in contact with our support team and the problem was able to be resolved. Don't hesitate to reach out again if there's anything further we can assist with. Hopefully everything is working well for you now, we do our best to ensure broad compatibly of the app but sometimes things can get missed. Hold on, not only do I get a click-to-setup app that does EXACTLY what I've been looking to do while looking absolutely sexy. It's also completely FREE?? If you thought that was sick, just wait till you update your theme, break the menu and then not only get some advice in the support chat, but the team physically collaborates on your website in real time and fixes the code for you to make a stable workaround for something that Shopify broke. Absolutely world class, big thank you to Jakin for his support, time and efforts helping me get this working again on 3.0. Oh and if I didn't mention it before, this is still FREE, hasn't cost me a cent. 5 stars.
And did we mention it was free? 🤩 We absolutely LOVE that Jakin was able to help get your mega menu up and running! We're obsessed supporting everything we make regardless of plan. Thank you for taking the time to tell us how amazing Jakin AND our app are (we very much agree) 💪🏼

J'aime bien l'application, elle est facile à configurer. Dommage qu'elle ne permette pas de modifier ou de s'adapter au menu du thème qu'elle ne fait que remplacer, sans ajuster sa police et sa couleur à ceux du thème. Je n'ai pas pu joindre le support malgré le message laissé, ce qui m'oblige à me séparer de l'application.
Nous sommes vraiment désolés de vous avoir manqué 😭 Vous avez contacté notre support ce week-end (notre samedi). Nous avons répondu à votre demande d'assistance dès lundi matin. I looked over (7 or 8) just about every Menu App, and all of them require you to put many hours into building your menu except Helium. Helium is the only application that builds itself based on your pre-existing menu. Think about that for a second... The application literally builds your menu! You don't have to lift a finger! All of the other Menu Apps don't even look at your Pre-existing Menu that you have spent days and days building. They all require you to build a New Menu based on their application (horse S!@#) You have to call BS on that, like what the hell were these other developers thinking? Not Helium, they were smart enough to do what no other developers are doing by creating an app that Builds itself based off your old proven menu saving you many many hours if not days in time. They also took it to the next level... They decreed that you can use this awesome application without putting a fortune down in order to test but not just test, FULLY USE without limitations. Unlike all of the other Menu Apps that say you can only use it for One Collection, or only 2-Tiers Deep (and if you want 3 Tiers you have to pay - more horse !@#$), Helium allows you to use two of their best Pre-build dynamic Templates (One 2 Tiers deep, One 3 Tiers deep) FULLY without limitations that will build itself off your pre-existing menu ALL FOR FREE! WHAT DOES THIS ALL MEAN: This means if you are a NEW SHOPIFY OWNER like myself where your shop is not yet Open, or bringing in any funds, this means joining and becoming Partners with Helium is a NO BRAINER. It is the old... I'll give you an offer that you can't refuse. If you're a NEW SHOP OWNER, this is the only Menu Application you need. LAST POINT: I had a question that I needed answered by Customer Service fast, Customer Service got over to me, and online with me very quickly and got this question answered. So those of us who have hand-holding needs like myself, will be happy to know their customer service is with you, and on point.
