Easy to set up and the customer service has been great. Very happy with the options and customization to make my menu look more on brand.

Good support and decent app. Pretty easy to use and set up. There are some things that could be improved but the feedback is well taken.

I enjoy the ease of using this app. I did have an issue where I had made changes to the navigation menu on the Shopify side after I already had made the Meteor menu. I could not re-import from Shopify, so I had to delete all of the menus and the import the same way as the first time setting up the app. Josiah from Meteor was extremely helpful in pointing this out. Looks like they may work on some integration upgrades in the future.

Great app and excellent customer service! Easy to set up and customer service replied immediately with help to get us unstuck when we had an issue. Our menus look 100% better and we're very happy with the app.

The menu has been working well so far, and the support has been helpful and responsive. However, there is a drawback: the app is not fully multi-region compatible, as it can only automatically translate exact titles when using the Translate & Adapt app. Nonetheless, overall experience has been great.

Fire app with very cool menus, easy to install and easy to edit. Also love the support, had an issue where my menu wouldn't integrate with the theme on some menus and they solved it within an hour!

Probably the only good menu app on the entire Shopify app store and trust me I've tried almost all of them. 90% are copycats of one another. Meteor Mega Menu is the only app I've found which actually allows dynamic previews of collections inside the menu itself. If you're looking for a menu app, save your time and go with this one. Support is fantastic too.

Not only is the Mega Menu way, way easier to build than other more expensive options but the support is top notch. Brett was amazing at making changes that were not available as standard options but made all the difference to how we use the app. It's sleek, easy and does exactly what it's supposed to, all backed by great support - what's not to like?
