I love Meteor Mega Menu & Navigation. I played with a could other navigation apps and found this one was the best one to suit what I needed. It's very simple to use, and if you every have any questions, the team is so helpful and gets to the bottom of your needs. I've dealt with Brett the most, he is pleasant and efficient. I definitely recommend this Mega Menu app for Shopify users. The templates are simple and easy to work with and you're able to customize the design to match your brand. I honestly feel that this was the best addition to my website. Thanks Meteor team :)

The menu works great, had an issue when we tried to upgrade to a shopify 2.0 theme and the customer service was excellent, they addressed it right away and our menu was up and running the same day.

Adds a extra layer to your navigation, which exponentially expands the number of collections your navigation can handle. Brilliant if you have lots of product. The support is Excellent. Support is USA based so there is a 8 hr time difference, but they start chatting bang on 6 PM!

We were excited to find this app, started setting it up but their preview link doesn't work so we can't move forward, We tried several times to reach support, no one answers. Disappointing customer service

The setup was easy and I was able to setup up the menus quickly. I cannot speak about the support as I have not had use them so far.

Incredible looking app and fantastic support. I had some issues integrating it with my theme and I received a response and a solution to my problem right away, and communication has been great. I switched over from another mega menu app and am really happy I did.

This Mega Menu app is incredibly ease to use and customize and has much more accommodating pricing tiers compared to the other apps. I did need to reach out to their support team for one installation issue which they quickly addressed. The app is solid and has been a great tool for my store. Highly recommend.

I love the app. Worth the monthly cost because it's so beautiful and customizable. I had an amazing experience with support getting the new menu to show on my site. I highly recommend this app!

Excellent app that is easy to use and delivers an amazing result. Support team is thorough and quick to respond - I was having issues after changing themes and they were quick to jump on and rectify the code conflict as well as keep me informed what was being changed. Thanks!

Won't let me select the free plan. Have never used this app before but it asks me to delete menu items before downgrading. Very unprofessional app! Deleted.
Hey there, looks like you installed the app in 2018 and we still had some old menus stored for you. We're happy to help get you on the free plan if that's what you want. We just need to make sure menus that aren't included on the free plan are removed from your store. We're always happy to help if you reach out to [email protected]

Rating that App isn't enough, Support is what makes an App good, and we had great support. We were having an issue /w the mobile menu, but they got it resolved quickly.

This menu is exactly what i want and more. So much versatility and so beautifully designed And the customer service is unbelievable. So responsive and on it. Josiah helped me and he took care of everything. No time wasting back and forth telling you to do all the basic troubleshooting you've already tried. He requested collaboration on my Shopify and just fixed everything for me. within a matter of hours. Thank you Josiah!!
Thanks for the amazing feedback! Shops in the US typically receive faster response times since we are HQ'd near Seattle, WA and work normal business hours for the Pacific Time Zone.

nice app add ono. gives my site a better view and there are many templates to choose from. customer support is 24/7 and responsive. i enjoy being a customer.
