Leider nicht sehr stabil die App. Habe mich mal mit einem falschen MS Account eingeloggt, seit dem kommt nur ein Screen der mich drauf hinweist dass mein Account nicht aktiv ist und versperrt jede Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Support hat nicht wirklich eine Ahnung für was die supporten - scheint ein allgemeiner MS Support zu sein - und neuinstallation hilft wohl auch nicht. Schade

I have multiple websites and this app would not let me override to the correct email address for the website. Pretty much a waste of time
Awful, trying to connect to Microsoft is a nightmare. I'm not going to bother after trying 5 times. You can keep this app

I was hoping to run ads on Microsoft. In fact, I was excited to reach millions of potential customers. It's been almost two weeks. I've spoken with numerous Microsoft support staff and my account is still locks and the account is still being verified. I've submitted all the required documents, multiple times. I've asked for the documents to be reviewed by support to ensure that they are in good order. Microsoft support, while very professional and polite, can only recite policy back to me. It's interesting. I can copy the policy into a txt doc. upload it into the Microsoft web browser and have it read the policy for me. I'm confused as to what Microsoft support's job is. Rather than create a framework that supports my business, Microsoft has created an obstacle course. Don't count on it. When setting up an ad account with Microsoft plan for a 3 to 5 day account verification process. In addition, you might get your account banned on the day you set up your account, for apparently no reason. In order to get unblocked, you must wait an additional 7 to 10 days. It appears that most people have a smoother onboarding. Just be aware that things can go sideways. when setting up an account you get a marketing strategist that helps you out. In my case I need an account manager to unblock me.

I need to update this review. The App cannot even open in my Shop channel, I cannot get ANYONE to answer any questions, and it does not look like this app even works at all.

This app is beyond garbage. I prefer Google, but figured I would give Microsoft a try and this app does not integrate well with Shopify whatsoever. Literally every button that was clicked would cause the app to crash. I tried to run an ad campaign and input my card and it crashed 5x in a row, which led to my account being locked. I tried to unlock my account by submitting my ID and the upload crashed several times in a row. Then they suspended my account and said we were being "suspicious." Yeah, not thanks. I will keep my advertising on Google and Facebook.

Does not work. It tells you to login with the account you just used to log in. It repeats forever and you cannot ever fix it.

I wish I can give 0 to this channel. none sense!! greedy !!! they offer the free listing tab, and when i click on it, I don't see my products. this channel is strange and useless. what a shame

Update: I have now spent several hours appealing and calling support. They don't have any real people that work in the department. I would watch out for this app because they are taking a copy of your entire product catalog before they have even verified the account, and in my case they will not even get me a person to talk to. I feel like my data has been stolen from me and there is no one to talk to. I'm not sure what is going on with this app. I setup everything and followed the directions exactly. Right after the account is setup I get an email saying the account is suspended and blocked for unusual activity... This is before I have even done anything at all other than to add a credit card to the account. It says that 1,000 plus variants are submitted and pending but if I click on anything in the account it says my access is blocked. I submitted some kind of appeal not sure what it was where it asked for my business documents. I get a response from support suggesting it will take 10 business days. This is just a time waster. Use Google Shopping and don't waste your time. The support wasted another 20 minutes without any result or changes. I will update my review if and when I can get the products to show up. I have no idea why they would do this when I followed the directions each step exactly! I also had a personal merchant account that I can access under my account without any problems. I am a shopify store with your Microsoft app... what in the world is the problem?

The app is good in theory, but terrible in practice. While I was able to install the app, it wouldn't let me create a Microsoft Advertising Account. As someone who has used Google for many years with zero issues, I see why Microsoft Ads get such a bad rap. I'm going back to Google and never looking back.

account rapidly (~2 days since creation) suspended for no obvious reason while i was trying to pay my outstanding balance. i was tying up loose ends because i was not satisfied with the way broad matches work and was ending my use of this service. disapointing service and they made sure to finish with a bang.

Tried unsuccessfully to add a payment method. Used valid information for an active card but it was consistently rejected for not containing valid information. After trying a few times I saw that my account had been suspended for Violation of Egregious Policy. Ridiculous waste of time although I probably should be happy. A process that starts this screwed up is not promising at all. Don't waste your time.

Hello esteemed authorities, I became a member of your platform not long ago. Shortly after, I received an email confirming my membership. Due to a busy period, it took me 2-3 days before I had the chance to explore and learn about your platform. When I logged in, I was shocked to find out that my membership had been banned simply because I joined your platform. I was greatly surprised and saddened by the closure of my account just because I signed up to advertise on Microsoft. I reached out to your employee, DONNA, through the support section. I've been trying to explain the situation to her for a week. I explained that I had only signed up, that my membership was approved initially, but then, without even using your platform, it was banned after 2-3 days. I provided all our company documents and other necessary information. However, this person named DONNA didn't read any of my messages; she didn't even see what I had written. All she did was send me standard automated emails. No matter what I did, I couldn't reach her or make her understand my problem. It seemed she was doing everything possible not to help but rather to cause more harm. This situation is distressing. Until now, we've been officially conducting business in the US, selling products, obtaining approvals from Google and similar social networks, and getting approvals from US banks. But for some reason, we can't get approval from you. This is truly beyond belief. Your support team sends us standard emails without bothering to read our messages. I don't think Microsoft can be such a simple organization. I'm looking for someone who is an expert in this matter and can assist me. I hope this message reaches the right individuals, and my account, closed merely for signing up, is reopened.

We have been unable to get more than 1 product out of our entire catalog published and active, with no warnings or rejected products, and have been unable to generate any sales, despite excellent success with google ads. Not sure what the problem is, but the product sync does not seem to work for us, which is crucial, so our campaigns can only advertise one of our 100+ products. Wasted a lot of money paying for $20 + per day campaigns that resulted in no sales.
